The allegations against you don't have to be proven. They don't even have to be convincing. What you're accused of doesn't have to be illegal. It doesn't even have to be against the site rules. If you haven't paid Tom the protection money to be in his child diddlers club with MindChamber, PsychoGoldfish, Orbitz, etc. Then Tom will be "deeply disappointed" with you:

i don't know what's worse. The fact that Tom Fuck is banning oney over an allegation unconfirmed or that he doesn't have the guts to announce it to the whole site, only to his personal country club of 5$ a month.

Actually the latter is even worse. Even if Chris was undeniably a pedophile what good would it do to hide this information from the non-supporter group? It doesn't make any sense from Tom's standpoint.
This isn't how a site owner should deal with allegations. He should at least try and wait for the accused to say something or at least get in contact. It is baffling how anyone can call this an example of Tom's "growth".
 
Insanely stupid that Tom will ban someone over grooming allegations but won't ban Jeff Weise's account, SirTom93's account or Livecorpse's account (spree killer, attempted arsonist, and paranoid fuck who shot a police officer and then himself).

Retarded as fuck that he draws the line at allegations, but doesn't draw that same line at perpetrators of spree killings, orchestrators of attempted arson attacks, and/or people who assault with a deadly weapon.

also the sirtom93 thing still has the phrase "leave this topic, authorities are being contacted" in my head to this day. (as well as wadolf janny banning anyone who memed it)

I never read too much into Couch Cuck. I knew of his existence, as well as his freaky obsession with Jeff Weise, but I didn't (and still don't) know everything about the guy.
