I don't follow MHA but I see a lot of fire (and fanart) recently. Did they have a leak that suggests an attack on titan cuck ending or something?

As for the topic, I doubt it. /a/'s been in a Tortanic phase since Spring 2021 when big developments for Kaguya-sama, Evangelion and SNK all hit at the same time, which makes a lot of people treat everything as The Next Tortanic for a while. MHA generated a lot of enmity over the last six years with each big development turning it more and more into a mediocrity that failed to become Better Than Naruto despite the many times it boasted to Fix Naruto's Failings, and most people just fucking despise Deku anyways, so no shit they're going to overblow however MHA ends as being The Next Tortanic when it sounds like it ended with the same pat energy as Assassination Classroom.

Last chapter has Deku run out of OfA's embers(having sacrificed it to beat Shigaraki) at some point during an 8 year skip, where he became a teacher while the rest of the class became heroes and have little contact due to hectic schedules. Then it turns out they were all pitching in to build him an Iron-Man style power suit, complelely destroying the message that one doesn't need some superpower to be a hero. Also no concreate conclusion to any of the shipping nonsense.
 
I remember when the Naruto manga ended and people were tearing out their hair because Naruto didn’t hook up with Sakura or Sasuke.

This time there’s no pairing and people will still tear their hair out because the to main male characters aren’t fucking, completely ignoring the genre they’re reading.

Is there a genre where the pretty boys hook up? Nobody reads or translates yaoi manga, they're unpopular and the art and writing is crap. There's probably a bunch of MHA doujins on Myreadingmanga that'll satisfy people's desires better.

Although sadly there's still no doujins that involves Ochako stealing one half of Bakudeku to make the other half cry.

I’d imagine theirs a decent amount in romance manga. There’s all kinds of stuff in there. Hell, there was one about a guy who turned into a dog and was adopted by the girl he was into and they hooked up in the end.

While not actually turning back into a human.

The funny thing about NaruHina being canon is I'm pretty sure his pet ship getting validated is exactly what got Nanashi to stop drawing degenerate hentai doujins and fucked up emotional abuse comics and instead made Nagatoro.

Hell, it was so canon they made a movie(explicitly stated to be the only canon Naruto movie) about it.

No chance in hell. Besides anime adaptations almost never changing the ending to Shonen source material in this day and age, its not an ending so terrible it needed to be changed.

Don't get me wrong, its still a bad ending, but really its just a continuation of last several BAD arcs that led up to it. So you would have to radically change those arcs, which are already in the anime, to change the ending.
