I have zero sympathy for these people. It's good that they're dead because they're just a drain on the system and the people around them.
 
I think i feel bad for the kids the most in these situations. There was one where this black lady's daughter did literally everything as if she was the mother, cooking and all. Didn't make me feel better that she's chubby.

I think James K. was the worst of the bunch. Pulling the daughter out of school when she has good grades and is months away from graduating. They did not have a few months patience.

And the other one where the wife just sat and shouted at the kid what to do, and the young boy had to do all the household stuff in addtion to schoolwork. Loathsome.

Anyone got any suggestions for key episodes? It's actually really annoying finding complete episode streams.

I've watched some of the popular ones like Steven Assanti, James K, the fucking juggalo family, Lisa. If I'm missing any must-sees, let me know.

The Kirsten one. I'm honestly surprised it's not talked about more. Girl has a horrific backstory (she was gang-raped, a drug addict and gave her kids to her parents), but she still found a way to make herself unsympathetic. She cries over literally everything, and is one of the biggest brats I've ever seen on this show. On top of all that, she didn't even attempt to cover up her vagina up when her son handed her a drink.

Oh yeah, I've seen that one, looked it up when I saw the shower bit in the tuba video! God damn, the fucking crying in that episode.
 
Another one I can think of is Lupe and that's because in addition to being morbidly obese, her one foot was stuck at a near 90 degree angle. I think the reason was that it had broken and had healed, really, really badly. Dr. Now still made her walk. Also her boyfriend or husband cheated on her during the filming of the episode or something.
