It's just crazy. For this guy, weight loss is actually tremendously easy. When you weigh over 700 pounds you have to eat what a normal person would eat in 3 or 4 days every day just to maintain your current weight. On that 900 calorie crash diet he was on Dr. Now says he was losing 4 to 5 pounds A DAY. For a person that's only slightly overweight 4 to 5 pounds a week would be great progress.

And he managed to get HEAVIER.

You can see it in both his mannerisms and inablility to understand emotions less overt than "happy", "sad", "angry", etc. Or then again, munchausen mommy could've just warped his perception of reality to the point that he's just a 10 year old in an adult body

Tbh, I have a lot of sad from that episode. Not because I sympathize with Sean's horrendous behavior, but more because you can just tell that he won't be alive by next Easter.
