There's another show called Fat Doctor, it's British and has the same subject matter but on less extreme fats. Most of the time it's inspiring and a wake-up call to regular poor choices. It's not the circus show we all enjoy but it's a positive change if you fancy one.

I prefer 600lb Life because it's easy to separate myself from the protagonist instead of facing my own failures.

Isn't this a bit late? The petition has his weight at 730 lbs. I thought his latest videos showed significant weight loss, even if he's still fat and a terrible human being.
