No cause of death. Just that she was surrounded by family.

Wasn't she the one who never bathed and just used her girlfriend as slave labor? She'd sit there with boxes of fast food on her fupa screaming at her family. And she tried to sue the show for saying that thet made her eat more than she normally did. I know a lot of them say that. But there's no way you get that big eating normally.

#HealthyAtAnySize, amirite?

Yeah, that was Gena. She was probably the one closest to being honest in how often these people bathe. She also starred in BBW porn with her sister. My guess for cause of death is Corona Chan or just plain being too fucking big. She died right around the same age as Sean too.

I think the shower scene you get paid extra for is likely the first one most of these cetaceans have had in ages.

I remember this one failed didn't she? She was belligerent and acted like a spoiled child. Well most of them are like that. But she was pretty bad.

I can't imagine being forced to wash the folds of a 700 person daily. There's just no way.

Yes, she was one of the big fails. Pretty significant even by 600 Pound Life standards.

I suppose it's similar to a loved one with dementia. It's not easy scraping shit off of human beings, but some people learn to live with it. I don't think I'd have the patience, though.

I've only recently starting watching this show with any regularity and I have to say that I have yet to see a time where the firemen and/or EMTs helping with transports haven't been the kindest, caring, and most gracious people in the entire episode and then I get all verklempt and my BF thinks I'm sad over the fatty and I'm like NO LOOK AT HOW NICE THOSE EMTS ARE BEING TO THE HAMPLANET!!!

You'll get a few episodes where the EMTs will get tired of thier shit. Mainly in the Assanti episodes and there was a really overweight woman putting on a fake high pitched voice just screeching and slamming around while they transported her that they got tired of quick.

I don't think anyone should be expect to have patience with the Assantis, but I remember the RI ones being cool when they had to excavate Steven from the house even though he was squealing up a storm.

And as for the second, was that recent season Samantha? Or was it someone else who kept freaking out about MY ARMS MY ARMS MY LEGS OWWWW.

I understand when the first responders get annoyed once they have to start dealing with shenanigans, but they always seem to walk in with a positive attitude and really kind and reassuring words.

Also re: Dr. Procter's show? I kinda liked it more than My 600-lb Life. It's less depressing and somehow less humiliating (despite the jokes) for the participants. Also (and especially since Dr. Now seems to have lost a lot of his joy) Dr. Procter is really easy on the eyes. I'd be surprised that Tam-Tam didn't try harder so she could go see him more often, but she seems to prefer retarded dark meat.

Where are you watching it and Dr. Procter's show? I'm assuming it's on Discovery Plus but I'm not sure.

lol, guess she isn't gonna be suing the doc now huh?

Also I hope her girlfriend is doing well, I hope she skipped town the moment the ink of the death cirtificate dried and isn't continuing to slave away at work and home for her deadbeat (heh) girl's deadbeat family. So many of these patients just get off on abusing their partners it's incredible. I know you don't get to their weight without being at least a little bit selfish, but so many of them were totally fine showing themselves treat their partners like absolute dirt and you know it was worse when the cameras weren't there.

Ashley Randall, from season 1, died on October 2nd at the age of 40.

Obituary here (will fix when off mobile): https://youngsdaughters.com/obituaries/ashley-randall

This is the chick who liked softball, whose father died during her multi-year episode, and whose mother was a flaming cunt, always making "funny" little backhanded remarks to Ashley. She lost close to 400 pounds in total, and plateaued in the mid-high 200s.

Tonight, MSHPL is back for season 10. According to the blurb:

When Nathan's weight gets in the way of his job as a drama teacher, it's a wake-up call for him; changing his life might mean a falling out with his wife, Amber, who is also overweight, unless she can lose, too.

So, it's a twofer on fatties tonight at 8PM Eastern on TLC. I'll be resuming live commenting on the thing in all its two hour glory. Y'all get your popcorn or chips or whatever other fatass food you chow down on when watching this. We're back, baby!
