He was very fat, about high 400’s-low 500’s. Having a really fat dad and thinking he’s 1000 pounds is something a little kid would believe, she’s basically a fat retarded child anyway.

Except the mom went along with it too. I just get the feeling the dad became some kind of scape goat for all their problems and it got exaggerated over time to continue to justify both Margaret and the mom's increasingly bad habits.
 
As reddit said, nothing could have topped Lacey's episode except for this one. Holy shit this fucking sped where do i begin with her? She needs to be put in a sped home or something because every single thing she did was fucking retarded literally. The mom at the end of the episode though, good on her. I'm glad she's not taking her back but custody at 6 days old of her granddaughter. I'm not even mad, I'm just still in awe at how astronomically fucked up this tard was.
 
Dolly's episode made me do a genuine double take with how irresponsible and childish she was. Every decision she's ever made has ensured that her life is an absolute train wreck. Like when her mom starts enforcing dietary control, this dumb dugong decides to leave her home and her child to be in a polygamous relationship with her abusive husband because "he probably won't be as abusive because now there's another woman in the mix".

Then after the obvious happens she's with some new rando, and I guess he's her fiance now. You can feel at least a bit of pity for lacey being abandoned at a gas station, but this bitch deserves no empathy. I would definitely read a thread on her.

Also her gunt is one of the most terrifying ones featured on the show.

A lot of the time females will be attracted to men that have the same qualities of their father, good or bad.
She is also an addict in her own way, which is like her father as well.
Her father seems to have made a big impact on her life even though he wasnt around her a lot.
She seems to have more of his qualities and not much of her mothers.
I could not understand why she asked Dr now to be put in a facility that will help her with the diet and yet say her mother was too controlling and that she needed more freedom. What did she think was going to happen at the facility she wanted to go to?

That was a tough watch. I know not everyone can be a brain surgeon but sweet Christ, Dolly was dumber than a bag of hammers. But even though she was dumb as shit, it was tough to feel sorry for her.

She was pathetic not in that tugs at your heart strings way but in that holy fuck please do your own self a kindness and remove yourself from the gene pool way. I can't wrap my head around your only motivation in life being eating and wanting your mommie to take care of you.

Pretty wild episode. Some parallels with the Lacey episode, mainly the quick change in living arrangements, brief homeless sagas, and throwing oneself into needless levels of housing instability while delusionally believing they're doing what Dr. Now wants. Lots of swerves. My favorite was the sisterwife arrangement.
It was really satisfying to watch Staci lay out all her frustrations for Dr. Now.

Dr. Now could have explained that it's called a pannus, but he had his doctor to idiot translator turned up to 11.

Edit: Did you tell Mr. Jeep it means "fat upper pussy area" or "fat upper pubic area"? I know it started out as the former, but so many men have fupas on MSPL I prefer the latter as a gender-inclusive term now. :D
