The autism deferral thing Chris got required Chris to admit to what he did, then after some monitoring, it would "drop" off his record. He had to admit that he porked Barb in order for the law to kick in and everything would go away. Literally that's what happened, the charge just drops from his record.

And no, Chris waived the right to a speedy trial and ended up pleading guilty in the end. It's just that this new tard shield law came into affect that changed things up.

I was going to make a comment about that being an interesting concept for a work of fiction - a god with the intelligence and maturity of a child - but it's already been done.

Honestly, this sounds disturbingly close to how Chris writes Cwcville.
 
The Teflon Tard slips away again. I wonder if maybe this is some sort of scheduled monitored visit by some sort of group home, or if they're just throwing him back into the same situation. I'd like to believe that the legal system wouldn't just let this motherfucking continue. *sigh*

You sure about that? Because my reading of the law is "after a plea of not guilty, and the facts found by the court would justify a finding of guilt, the court may ... defer further proceedings" which doesn't explicitly say Chris has to admit anything. A confession would probably count as a finding of facts that justify a finding of guilt but I didn't realize it was necessary.

Basically the courts concluded that the crime did occur, either from Chris talking about (which he did), and other things. They consider him a maladapted human because he's clinically autistic, which means according to the law, that Chris just didn't know what he did. They found enough evidence, but concluded that Chris couldn't comprehend what he did was wrong.

Remember too, the courts were going to upgrade his charge to a felony right before Heilberg played the autism card with that new law. Obviously from the courts wobbling to a felony over a year after the fact means they probably got undeniable evidence.
 
Does he actually have psychic powers? Like wtf how does he keep getting away with it? I was skeptical at first but maybe he really is the CPU goddess ms. Jesus sonichu Supreme ruler of C-197 after all. All this time we thought he was in jail, when really he was spiritually in CWCville training his mind-powers with Magichan so that he could return, get out of jail, then go back home to barbie-chan. Un-fucking-believable

I view the medallions current state of degradation as a physical sign of the degradation of Chris's soul.
