This is definitely Chris, with his hair dyed professionally instead of an at-home application. Seriously, that's the only "big difference".

Last sold on May 19 2023 for $3,500.

With the sale date, I could see it being Chris. That was the first month he was spotted publicly. But I would definitely seek further confirmation, as the date is well after that spotting and likely coincidental.

Gateway program has a men only program in downtown Lynchburg. Chris could get to the game store and Walmart pretty easily from where it's located.
 
It's entirely possible Chris bought an old car if his tugboat kept accumulating in prison. It's completely within reason if he got a total junker for a few thousand.

I wonder why the I is where it is in SONCIHU. Surely as that's his beloved son, Chris can spell his name right.

Unless someone else got to SONICHU before him, which...is either highly unlikely or possible due to trolls, and I'm not sure which it is.

SONICHU is still registered to the deceased Dodge Grand Caravan (2B4GP54L22R530875). Obviously it hasn't been renewed, but it also proves it's not in use by anyone. The literal plate itself was stolen while the car was at that hotel around his arrest, not that it matters.
