So the game is getting its final update soon. Did it turn out to be a good game?

Huh, must be gearing up for the expansion. Also lol no of course it's not a good game. The performance was just a bonus turd on top of the shit cake, and we'll see them double down on what made this game shit in the first place. So the game is getting its final update soon. Did it turn out to be a good game?
Depends on what you consider "good". Most people can't actually point to anything that makes it objectively bad outside of performance issues, which are legitimate gripes, but that's it. They just don't like the things it does.So the game is getting its final update soon. Did it turn out to be a good game?
Considering how BF6 is still a bastardized BF game, really shows how shit the competition is. I wish Apex would die along with the reanimated corpse of Respawn already.I've got 1,000+ hours in this game if only because it and Battlefield 6 are the only new multiplayer games that are enjoyable both to my friends and I (I refuse to install Apex or whatever FOTM extraction shooter some of them play)).
If the base game is unsalvagable I doubt the expansion would be.hopefully MR improves the game even further and those initial days become a distant memory.
They gave us 4 in World, that's going to be 3 more games where you're homelessI'm still mad there's no Player housing

People have? Several times? Most people can't actually point to anything that makes it objectively bad outside of performance issues, which are legitimate gripes, but that's it.
I'm so fucking tired of not having a place for all my critters to run around in WHERES MY ANIMAL SANCTUARYThey gave us 4 in World, that's going to be 3 more games where you're homeless

Other than performance issues, I only ever see people complaing about personal issues. I'm one of them.People have? Several times?
Seriously, there should be like a zoo or something. Would be a fun spin-off too, imagine Stories gameplay but you get some zoo tycoon, Operation Genesis ype gameplay as well.WHERES MY ANIMAL SANCTUARY
Hmm, fair enough. While I have seen people go over issues aside from performance, I suppose a lot of it can be chalked up to differing opinions. The game itself, assuming you don't have performance issues, is fine. Mediocre. Average. Nothing special. Whatever you wanna call it. But it's not an objectively bad game like so many hunters like to say. They just don't like it.
The maps are the worst part of the game, if they add more big classic-feeling ones to BF6 it’ll feel much more like a classic BF. After 2042 my standards for the franchise aren’t too high.Considering how BF6 is still a bastardized BF game
In general I find most people have a good instinct as to when something is good or bad, but they’re very bad at explaining/identifying the particular problems (it follows that a good critic is one who can rationalize and explain the viewer’s preexisting feelings about a given product). Also, if someone bounced off of the initial experience, especially at launch, I can’t really blame them. Developers aren’t owed a revisit after updates or a full 100% playthrough for the customer to put forward their review. To suggest otherwise is very faggoty, much like the HighGuard journo guntguarders whining that da ebil chud gamers didn’t give the live-service slop a fair chance. All-in-all I hope Capcom’s upper management has learned that it’s not worth rushing a release, because a bad first impression is hard to overcome. Most people can't actually point to anything that makes it objectively bad
To be fair that is objectively bad.brown people
reminded me of another minor complaint in that you can’t filter out “manual accept” SOS flares (which people often use to have a certain number of players contrary to the intended path of using the link party system because it’s too confusing). Though this was only really a problem during savage omega pubbing (and as a PC Chad I installed a mod to do it, but still what an annoyance). The online is a cluster like it was in World, but that doesn't make it objectively bad as a game.
Probably Jakob or Arc Knight. Rurikhan and RageGaming aren't far behind for monsta sloppa content though. Also, in the spirit of recent events, who's your guys vote for faggiest MH 'tuber
While JoCat is probably the most literally gay, I'd give it to Superrad. RageGaming gets #1 for slop output though.
Avenge your dignity against Lagi by fighting him in a better game, where he was at his peak. I will say his theme in Wilds is better than I thought.Months ago I got filtered by Lagi which sounds shameful with how easy Wilds is. I might go back again sometime to avenge my dignity.
The story in general just sucks so bad. Shut the fuck UP!Story multiplayer implementation is even worse than World, can't easily play through the game together (must get to certain cutscenes before you can join every quest instead of just making a story that has multiple hunters do it together).
Whoever's doing the writing is either in deep with the same fucks who are hired to do Pokemon's abysmal writing, or is just brutally incompetent. The story in general just sucks so bad. Shut the fuck UP!
Why can’t we just hunt monsters and get on with it? I have no idea why they thought this was a good idea. They don’t even have redeemable characters to justify this choice. I thought nothing could be worse than rampages in MHR.
I was wrong, Satan is always busy.![]()

It does actually, the point of the game is to hunt and defeat these monsters, and the devs are supposed to balance your toolkit/moveset with the monster's toolkit/moveset in order to make it as engaging as possible, to ensure there's some challenge from start to finish, especially if you only got a small number of monsters to hunt and inevitably stretch out game time by hunting them repeatably, if all but a handful of endgame monsters are just trivial roadbumps, then the majority of the monsters(especially the new ones) are just wasted, like what are we expecting to be engaged by other than the monster hunts? the fucking story? The game is easier, with the exception of AT monsters imo, than any of the other games before it for a host of reasons. That doesn't make it bad.
I don't see how you can consider World's multiplayer to be as bad as Wild's is, Wilds is an absolute clusterfuck compared to World and pretty much every other title, requiring at least 4 more steps to achieve the same as the older title's(including World), with way more connection issues etc. than World had.The online is a cluster like it was in World, but that doesn't make it objectively bad as a game.
It really does when it takes away from the hunting experience, the reality is that Monster Hunter stories are shit, and serve as a barely passable excuse to get you from one monster to the other in a sequence, and it would've been a lot more tolerable if the story took a backseat and the "cinematic" pieces were focused on the monster confrontations/environment introductions, but instead they force you to walkie talkie with one note characters who have nothing of substance to say, but take up most of the screen time in the game. The annoying kid and brown people? Gorls? Again how does that actually impact the game itself negatively? It doesn't.
