Whoever made this has no idea how to come off as down to earth or relatable
These speakers are based on some of the highest end Yamaha monitors you could get back then and these retards are just leaning a skateboard up against them. Somebody called one of the main characters a Bateman esque psycho earlier in the thread and even audio setup wise that's true.
Probably due solely to the excess of Whites (funnier still when you understand these faggots are all about blanket simping to minorities, not realizing that Whites are a Smaller Global Minority than the percentage of niggers in America). Ironic.
Watching someone play through this. There's some blonde preppy chick called Jenny Goodsprings that Rockford keeps hating on. Tears her out of a picture, sneeds when she's mentioned...and then when you actually meet Jenny she's a nice person who just isn't into movie soundtracks. Goddamn you're a cunt, Rockford

I guarantee you she's based on a real person the Karen interacted with while growing up, and being that she's a stupid liberal Karen, she thinks audiences will side with the cunt protagonist over the nice character.
It's genuinely baffling how often shitlib stories have this dynamic, where the protagonist and his/her friends are completely irredeemable assholes, while everyone around them is either nice or innocuous and their only sin is existing in general vicinity of the narcissistic main cast.

Like I said it's because these people have no fucking life experience to draw from, so anything they come up with is just fucking stupid.
Needing a character that doesn't get along with the protagonist? Makes sense. 90's highschool setting, make it a preppy type character, still makes sense. But with no personal experience(or bothering to consume any real media) they've got no idea how to explain what the character did as an antagonist and how the protagonist would respond.

I haven't been watching any reactions outside KF, so I don't know what accusations are out there. But my impression is that the game itself isn't woke. The creators, defenders, and unironic enjoyers of it are woke, almost uniformly.
Like I said earlier, if you relate to the main characters, you're probably a terrible person who excuses delinquency, who relates to unthinking rebellion against authority, who thinks feelings (nostalgia) matters over substance, etc. If you cheer on that psychotic arsonist threatening her own cop father, you are probably a dirtbag piece of shit coward who hates "conservative society" when it tells you to stop being retarded.
All of the above sounds like a certain stereotype of online opinion-sharers and -shapers. And that group, again, is almost uniformly aligned with a specific ideology.

Holy shit, fucking Yamaha NS speakers and the skateboard wheel is right on the fucking tweeter.
If they wanted it to be even slightly relatable/believable the NS-10Ms existed at the same time and weren't exclusively used by rich 60 year old audiophiles.
Much less insane and also more useful for mixing.
Or the NS266 which are slightly bigger and have similar aesthetics but are much more believable for a person under 40 to own (No 99,9% Beryllium drivers in these babies)

If you honestly believe the new GTA game is gonna be good I have a nice red bridge in beautiful shit encrusted SF to sell you.
It's so funny how the usual suspects still act like it is 2014 and games journalism isn't considered a joke even by normies who never even heard of goobergrape. It's also hilarious how fucking fake the entire hype around it is. Give it a few weeks and everyone will forget it ever existed.
You have thousand of games from that era, books, literature, movies, news reports, documentaries etc, why settle for pure imitation when you can have the real deal?
Because that stuff is surprisingly limited. Especially 2000s nostalgia. I can play Hidden and Dangerous, Goldeneye, and Metal Gear Solid while listening to Linkin Park and Offspring, but there's a lot missing. The social element, figuring this stuff out before the internet, hearing rumours of someones uncle who got the cheat on Facility or got to the secret island on Dam.
Plus, I know a lot of that stuff already. It's a shame that shows that were considered shitty back then are now great by the standards of today. There's no shared experience to talk about either.
Any game made by Tetsuya Mizuguchi has more artistic merit-along actually having actual fucking gameplay-than 99.99% of these shitass hipster "indie" games.
Also, this game feels like it should've come out ten years ago yet it came out this month.
