FUCKNot much. I knew someone who feed his tarantula paper and peanuts. He was whining that his spider had gotten agressive after this and he gotten rid of it.
Spiders can only eat a liquid diet, the way they eat is they bite the prey item and inject their venom into it with their fangs, the venom liquefies the prey item's insides and they suck out the juices. This is why defanging a tarantula is a bad practice, the tarantula literally cannot eat without excessive assistance. To feed a defanged tarantula you must pre kill the prey item and open it for them and they might be able to eat it, but that's not guaranteed. If you manage to nurse it into it's next molt it will regrow it's fangs if it's strong enough to survive the molt.
Anyway, when he was "feeding" his spider paper and peanuts in reality he was just putting paper and peanuts in the cage and the tarantula couldn't do anything with them. I can't think of a true metaphor for how retarded this is beyond saying "I have a pet human, I feed it rocks" Also tarantulas typically don't become any less aggressive if they started off that way (unless they were stressed at the time) the only way a tarantula would get more aggressive is if you fuck with it and stress it out a lot. Tarantulas are fairly simple creatures physiologically, they really only have three modes: normal, stressed and FOOD modes.
Anyway, guy's a literal retard and I hope when he got rid of it he means found it a new home and not threw it outside to face the wilderness of an unfamiliar environment. I also got my spider from a guy who knew nothing about her but her previous owner wasn't as bad as this guy sounds.
