On notifications that seemingly can't be turned off, every time I boot my work laptop MS teams show me a popup inside of the program telling me to use copilot. Take the fucking hint.
 
Every time Microjeet Office fucks up because I did something as innocuous as copy-pasting an Excel spreadsheet into Microsoft Word, forcing me to spend an hour correcting shit that should've just copied exactly as it looks in Excel instead of turning into a sixth-dimensional eldritch abomination, or when the stupid fucking "PASTE WITH COPILOT SAAAAAARRRR" bar blocks out the entire line of text I'm trying to edit, I get an overwhelming urge to see the entire Indian subcontinent glassed by nuclear hellfire

I curse Microsoft at least once a day, maybe I should curse Vishnu too to see if that makes a difference

I got an e-mail about a pull request I opened on github being merged, so I clicked the link to look at it (since I submitted it in march, so I don't really remember what it was) and github just hit me with a rate limit. I haven't visited github at all this month, in fact I don't really remember when was the last time I did. I am the only person on my IPv4 address. WTF.

I fucking hate how Microsoft has to shove their unwanted AI bots in all of their products. I went to Xbox's website to see all their latest games, only to get blocked by a window asking me if I want to talk to a Microsoft chatbox. Fuck no!

I saw rumors that Microsoft will add Copilot AI to Windows 11 file manager. Man, that is some unwanted shit.

EDIT: Oh yeah, looks like playing all the Xbox Studios games on Game Pass now costs $30 a month, with no option to spend $1 on the first month. Fuck that shit.

explorer takes 1-2 seconds to open folders
CPU and fan speed ramp up while using file explorer, even if you're just mousing over files/folders
pressing F5 to refresh file explorer suddenly shows a generic toolbar at the top that doesn't go away until you restart it
trying to create a new folder will randomly highlight the address bar between the time it takes to create the folder and when it lets you name it, so you start typing the name of the folder in the address bar by mistake. so you have to click out of it, which finishes creating a folder named "New folder" so then you have to go back to it and change it to the name you were going to give it in the first place
im so mad right now
 
The place I work at, outside of some custom applications, completely sucks Microsoft's jeeted dick. The passionate hatred I have for every single fucking thing that Microsoft shits out today rises incrementally, day by day, by the simple act of using it.

What's funny is back in the 90s, Microsoft's business applications were generally on point. Consumer side? Barely held together dog shit. Business applications? They were often rock solid. Consumer niggers were enjoying Win 95 crashes, business chads were often running Windows NT.

Now it's all dog shit. Glommed together with little care because Microsoft's cloud shit pays the bills and all of the software seems to be an afterthought.

The only thing that irritates me more than Microsoft's trash are the the custom applications my organization has developed. It's slow, prone to crashes and eats computer resources. And of course, it's absolutely necessary to get the work done.

I don't know who I'd gas first -- Microsoft or the idiots who coded our applications.

Why not both?
 
Been at my current job for 3 months now and one of the biggest reasons I've grown to hate it is because I have to wrestle with Power BI for a bunch of bullshit presentations. Genuinely one of the worst pieces of software I've ever had the displeasure of using.
 
The "New Outlook" makes me shit my pants in anger. Sure, dark mode is cool and all, but you know where I can do that? The fucking browser version. Oh yeah, and my calendar doesn't have a fucking seizure all the time for the littlest shit.

Bill Gates and his Poojeet army can suck my chode.
