I got some and the work good in my G17, AR9, and P80s. We'll see how they hold up but I think they'll last longer in the AR9 as that likes to chew up the mag catch notch on my other mags.
Probably 800 rounds deep over 7 mags, I like how smooth they feel over both Glock and other compatible mags I have
one of them took a little bit of shooting until they fed with my RXM and i didn't bother with the other. i wasn't happy but it's aftermarket on aftermarket; what can i expect?

I'm ordering a 1911 from the CMP.

Has anyone ordered one before? What kind of timeframe should I expect?

I ordered a Garand from them before, but I'm guessing the processing timescales could vary between the two.
So when I tried submitted my 1911 order, I realized I let my MD State Rifle and Pistol Assn membership lapse. You need membership in a CMP affiliated org to order. So I I went to renew it, but they don't have an automatic fulfillment thing on their site yet. So I signed up for the V(irginia)CDL.

Forgot about them both and my membership cards arrived the other day.

I don't drive. I need to find someone to give the bumper sticker to.

Idk, if they drive around MoCo too much they might get their car keyed.

I looked into 450 bush, it's cool and good for AR builds.
I was thinking something like that with a shorter barrel, maybe 20" max. Really, if I want a thumper for 200m and in I already have that: .375 H&H. But with a 25" barrel it's heavier and more unwieldy.
you just need to upgrade the 1911 so they're too dazzled by it to care

I suggest a better watch. Unless you're also using the watch to impress a woman, then that's probably the best choice.
I'm about to make some pretty good money soon and I am seriously considering a Beretta 1301 in celebration. I own a pump, but no semi-auto shotgun.

Somebody stop me. Or don't.
Get an LTT modified one. Worth the money, even still.
I can't speak to the 8.6 but .300 supers are also pretty iffy as some of them are REALLY short in the mag and will sometimes have serious feeding problems.
What magazines and rounds were you having feeding issues with for .300 BLK supers?

Hey I'm in Moco.... I have a bunch of cars... fuck wrong state (is there a single state with out a moco?)

What 375 do you have? It's on my to do list but just don't need with a 416. I love them because it's the "big cat" round and that's cool AF to me.

Steel mags and Sierra 110 HPs were getting stuffed against the barrel extension. I only had 100 but I think 3 had that happen.
I also shot some 110 Vmax and had a double feed with steel mags but that could've been an over gassing thing.
This counts less but with a 100gn cast bullet those won't chamber unless hand fed because they're so short. I don't like the idea of a round being too short and having the chance to float around or not be guided into the chamber early enough.
the .375 has a wider frontal surface than the .338, which is a plus at the lower velocities.
I suppose, but I don't think that'd really matter too much with HPs especially these copper ones.
It does seem like Maker is doing 450gn for the .375 and 405 for the 8.6 so while I wouldn't say either is particularly worthwhile, the .375 does now actually have a good edge on the 8.6.

I see it similar to the .300 vs the .338 ARC thing where one is more but by not by a huge amount and it probably wouldn't make much noticeable difference on target.
.375 seems like more of a project while 8.6 seems more like a thing you just get and use, whatever you'd use it for.

There's also over 100 years of experience in making .375 projectiles kill very deadly and tough things. If you're not married to the suppressor thing, a .375 H&H or .375 Ruger will just stomp the shit out of everything short of elephant and cape buff while still being tame enough for most shooters. good for deer too, not much meat damage with a .375.

.375 Dangerous game ammo was used for it's armor piercing qualities in the first and second world wars too. a lot of dangerous game projectiles have steel cores or steel jackets covered by a secondary copper jacket. fun fact.
