I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette.
Nice pasta faggot!

Mc Donalds is neither fast food nor is it cheap food. Not only the prices have gone up but over the years the portion sizes have gone down

I don't eat fast food very often, but on a rare occasion that I set foot in Micky D's I get a sausage and egg McMuffin with a hashbr0wn. I like McFlurries too, but theres so many ice cream and frozen yogurt places here that are much better. The McD's near where I live is actually pretty good as far as fast food goes. It's directly across from an incredibly nasty Burger King.
based. the breakfast is the only good part of mcds.

Tried the new Chicken Sandwich today, as they are clearly trying to rip off Popeyes.
They serve it in the same style baggie.

Last time I had Popeyes, it was 3.99. Mcdonalds wants 4.19 for their basic, another 20-30 cents for spicy and they have something called "Deluxe" which I couldn't figure out the point of. It costs even more.

I went with the spicy. The sauce is the same, has pickles and its a pretty good sandwich. However the actual chicken piece is half the size of Popeyes, and there isn't a lot of crumbly fried bits on the edges.

A poor imitation, that still costs more somehow. Its a fine sandwich all the same, but I'd never get it again.

Apparently they are sold out of Mighty Sauce at my location, which is surprising. I didn't think people would like it that much.
Didn't they do something like this WAY back in the day and called it the southwestern chicken sandwich? It was just a fried chicken with pickles on the bottom.

Also Mcdoodles please bring back your grilled Chicken sandwich already. P l e a s e. Also hot take: their old chicken sandwiches on thst weird multigrain bread that looked like a football was delicious and the new buttermilk and grilled kinda feel like a downgrade.

Like they keep fucking with their budget menu.
If you just need calories for day, the breakfest menu, get the BIG BREAKFAST, and you can just make a McMuffen out of it and you get pancakes and hash brown.
Their pancakes and eggs are dry as ever. Pancake would be as stiff as a board. Just make your own or go somewhere else.

Hash browns are to die for, not going to lie.

Dip the hash browns in the pancake syrup.

The latter part of that probably isn’t the worst thing. Their portion sizes back in the day were much smaller than in recent years (I mean comparing the 1950s to now), and so people’s sizes were also smaller.

Hot take (maybe): the McRib is fucking disgusting and I loath to see it come out for limited release. I have no idea why people get so excited for it.

I worked at MacDonald's when I was in college.
Rats were scouring the place and had to clean up shit tons of those dead rodents.

I ask my manager away from the counter after a couple of tries he agreed to talk with me privately.
I said something like "dude, there are fucking rats outside, and im afraid we're gonna get in trouble if a rat finds his way inside the restaurant."
"Ok... and?"
I was baffled by his response.
"What the fuck do you mean, we'll get in trouble with the health department and I need this job to pay my college."
Fucker straight up laughed at me
"It's the season, they'll disappear sooner or later"

Later a dead rat was laying on the tiles at the outside dining area, luckily this was in the early morning with just a couple of people around but someone's BTL muffin was ruined because of the rotting carcass.
Of course, the guy complained and asked for compensation.
The manager just gave him his money back and I was told to Janny it up.

Managers at Macdonald's have no respect for their customers nor the food they serve and only care about making their minimum wage income.

Mcdonalds, wendy's and burguer king are pretty garbage and i haven't had anything in there for years except maybe Mcflurrys.

Burger king does have the spin off Whopper Bar and those burguers are pretty good, one of the few in my country is close to me and i've had them a few times although i prefer my burguers off brand, there's local joints who are really good and more quality for the money.

There's a mcdonalds near a subway station called chacaito were a lot of bus stops and mototaxis are located. It tends to be dirty, full of mutts and they play salsa music and vallenato, that mcdonalds is like the cut off point between "you are in chacao, one of the most decent neightborhoods" to "you are in chacaito and it only get worse and worse from here on" Its kind of a very centric part of the city so i've been in there to use the bathroom a ton of times.

Just in front of that Mcdonalds is Brion Square, which is one of the spots where most protests have taken place, that one Mcdonalds have seen some shit and pictures of it have appeared in countless news coverages over the years, probably the most photographed venezuelan Mcdonalds ever, just looking for "Mcdonalds chacaito", and a bunch of protest photos show up.

I haven't been in one for quite some time. After quitting meat there's no reason for me to go there anymore.
Can't say that I miss it or any other Fast Food joints.

Stay away from ghetto fast food unless you like food poisoning. I know the guy who runs the local McDonald's and anyone who pulled that shit would be instantly fired. Dude has a giant stick up his ass. Still, everything is clean and fast. The line can be around the corner of the restaurant and they get you through in 10 minutes while, by comparison, the Wendy's a block up the street can take ten minutes to get a simple hamburger when you are literally the only person in line.
