All discussion of the candidates, updates and results should go here

For example- here's a video of Ted Cruz vying for world domination.

Also Hilary Clinton is a crook and nobody should have sex with her.

Discuss

(Note- The title will change as we get nearer the election, previous titles will be archived in the OP)

I wonder how it feels to be Hillary Clinton knowing you could still lose to a man who has obviously sexually assaulted women, who has accused your husband of rape, who has publicly and to your face told you that you will be put in jail in the event of his victory, who has said you should be drug tested, who mocks you constantly for your moment of greatest weakness; who has called you ugly, evil, hateful, bigoted, crooked, and weak; who has ACCUSED YOU OF INFIDELITY with no repercussions whatsoever...

To a man who has spent pretty much nothing so far on his own campaign, and especially nothing compared to the hundreds of millions you've spent in every single battleground state... where he's still polling just under or even with you.

And that's not even going into shit he's said not pertaining to Hillary Clinton.

Somewhere deep in her heart, she's already lost. Because this experience is not at all what she imagined it would be. If she had run against McCain, she would have been a "change" president, running against the horrible stench of the Bush administration. Her campaign would have been centered around the historic achievement for women that she always wanted it to be centered around, and it would have worked, we would have bought into it, because 2008 was a much different media environment than 2016. People would have loved her from the moment she stepped into office, because we would be happy, ignorant fools, desperate for any kind of change. Everyone would basically agree, in the same way we agree about Obama's importance to history- Hillary Clinton makes a damn good first woman president.

Instead?

TRUMP.

That's what makes this even more amusing to me really. If the Democrats higher ups weren't such spineless sycophants then they might have produced a candidate who wasn't Hillary Clinton, and literally anybody else would have beaten Trump comfortably.

Instead they produced literally the only human being in America capable of losing this election to the Donald.

But you know she won't lose right

Eh, the EU referendum was a 49-51 split. This is more around a 85-15 split.

Ah but the EU vote was also a straight up numbers game. In this case, you have the Electoral College in play. Sure, Trump might get crushed in California, but he might not need those votes to get the White House. Though I do agree with you, the odds are steep for the Donald.

There's alot of polling that said its more, on the other hand It would be interesting if it was true. Their poll conducted before the debate had the same lead.
