The story originates from Giuliani and, you know, the hours of DNC convention footage I've been sitting and watching because I hate myself and yeah I haven't seen a single cop in the crowd and its weird.

I mean just one tweet of pictures of cops (from before Giuliani's statement about it) on the DNC floor would immediately debunk it if false

But remember, he will put American workers first by cutting key labor and environmental regulations, many of which were enacted by a literal conservative.

His plan for making America great seems to rely more on people putting faith in him alone because he has always worked for the greater good

The thing about cyberattacks is that you don't always know that they've happened.
Our enemies could very well have gone through Clinton's emails and we wouldn't even know.
Also, another reminder, if anybody in any other job handled their work emails like this, they would be fired on the spot.

I do not white knight. I never denied she is a corrupt woman in favor of murdering more of the unborn, who's carrer consists of luck coincidences. I am not, nor will I ever consider giving Clinton my vote unless Trump grows fucking devil horns and starts levitating. Saying Clinton is bad is not enough to justify voting for a man who was her backer as far back as 2008. Policy would be helpful

Replace Trump with Hillary and you pretty much have the GOP right now. Americans by and large hate both these candidates. It's a choice between devil we know and devil we don't know. They have nothing positive to offer so they're settling on attacking the opposition. If you watch these conventions with the intent of seeing policy proposals you're going to be disappointed however. That's not what they're for. They exist to be a glorification of the party's nominee. DNC did a better job at that so far than the RNC personally, all the childish temper tantrums from berniebots aside.

This country is fucked. Our political system has deteriorated to the point where we're arguing over whether a sociopathic reality TV star would be a better president than Kissinger's lesser pupil.

Nah. I've been reading these supposedly "controversial" emails and I gotta say it's boring as fuck. The tabloids and Trump had a field day and Bernie idiots jumped at anything they could to reaffirm their delusional belief that the election was rigged. In reality the only thing in those emails is some minor shit talking. I've yet to run into actual concrete evidence of this supposed "rigging". Even the truly sleazy sounding ones are taken out of context pretty bad to the point that you don't even really know who they're talking about. All of it I've seen is just boring political party shit. If it's sleazy it's because politics itself is sleazy. Which it is. But no, I'm not seeing anything worth getting actually angry about.

Worth noting not even FOX, who you think would be loving this, has delved into the actual content of the leak that much. That's because there's nothing all that newsworthy in them. Just what amounts to office gossip.

At least with Hillary we sort of also get Bill again and AFAIK he was a decent president aside from the Lewinsky bullshit.

And Hillary at least knows when to keep her mouth shut. That 'encouragement' Trump gave to the Russians and the massive backpedaling the Republicans have been doing since to try and play it off as 'sarcasm' ever since? That fucker is going to cause a massive international incident because he has no brain-to-mouth function. Additionally, the fact that almost every single world leader who fucking hates the USA are clearly in favor of electing him is not a good thing - because they see him for the weak and ineffectual leader he is and they could play him like a piano. The Hitler comparisons are ironic considering he'd really be Chamberlain and he'd basically be repeating the mistake that was appeasement.

I hate the shit out of Clinton, but we could do worse. Despite her habit of lying about fucking everything she does have a senate record and her actions as SOS aren't hard to look up. There's stuff I am repulsed by in that record, but there's also stuff I have no problem with. She at least has some concern for the stability and well being of the country, even if she's arguably the most cynical career politician in Washington. We could do far, far, worse.

Trump? Trump's not even in office yet and he's already alienating our allies and doing serious damage to our international prestige. Not only that, like you said, it's obvious a lot of people see him as somebody they can exploit. A guy like Putin is way, way, smarter than Trump. He's been supporting far-right candidates like Trump all over Europe for the past few years also. It's not hard to see why, he wants to erode NATO and increase Russia's sphere of influence by breaking apart the international coalitions that hold him back. Surprise surprise, that's what Trump is threatening to do. That fact alone should be a deal breaker to people.

Well, your NEA and AFT backed "fad" is policy in 42 states. Only four have backed out so far. Seems I could go to almost any member of the AFT to find justification. And, conversely, I could talk to any parent who has seen their child's math homework to find derision.
