All discussion of the candidates, updates and results should go here

For example- here's a video of Ted Cruz vying for world domination.

Also Hilary Clinton is a crook and nobody should have sex with her.

Discuss

If you were defending trump in a murder case and it got to jury selection would you want the jury full of hispanics?

I'd be fine with Cubans. Or Spaniards with fond memories of Franco.

Black lives matter is built off the 'fact' that the justice system is biased. You can't think white judges are covering up for white cops killing blacks and then think a mexican judge will be totally unbiased towards a guy wants to deport million of mexicans. That's very naive.

People don't get upset about police shooting rulings because of the race of the judge, but the arguments behind, and the result of theit verdicts. There have been black judges who have ruled similarly to their white counter parts in such cases, and I disagree just as much with them.

If the judge were to demonstrate demonstrable bias against Trump, or in earlier cases, then Trump would have a point. So far, though, he hasn't argueed anything more than that the man's race disqualifies him, which is perhaps the definition of racism.

a black judge who is fair will be called an uncle tom a white judge will be called a racist. The idea that people never judged judges based on their race before this one trump case is laughable considering how often it's happened recently. And I say that as someone who accepts there is institutional racism against black people in the justice system.

“Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences, for jurists who are women and nonwhite, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”
Judge Sotomayor

I wonder how this announcement will affect the primary tomorrow.

Will a lot of HRC voters stay home now that she's "officially" won the nomination?

And how would a very strong Sander's showing in California change the convention?

Fuck American politics are messed up; how can two of the most hated candidates in history get the nod from their parties?

No wonder all the new voters don't bother to vote more then once...

Dumb ratings aren't gonna give Bernout the nomination.
1 dumb rating = 1 super delegate switch.

Bernie can still pull this off!!!

It's hard to say, but it doesn't ultimately change the reality of Clinton's nomination. The question is when Sanders concedes, if he even bothers to before the convention. Sanders needs the momentum from a victory in California to be able to press Clinton and DNC into giving him more concessions to him, which could include more of Sander's policies on the party platform; lessening the amount, if not outright removing super delegates; or perhaps making more primaries open in the next cycle. He could always try to use it to say he should get the nomination by having the super delegates overturn the pledged delegate margins, but it's more likely he gets the nomination from Clinton dying suddenly than that to happen.

I'll be very curious to see how he goes post-California. There's still DC on the 14th, so I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks around at least until then. Clinton waited until a few days after the last contest in 2008 before conceding, though it was a much closer race than this. But Sanders also has to deal with the fact that after California, Obama is going to break his neutrality and come out and endorse Clinton, and it's rumored that Warren will likely do the same, so Sanders will have to contend with fighting the rather popular Democratic president, as well as the other biggest progressive icon in government.

full, go somewhere else
Kinda off topic, but here in brazil everyone says Canada is great and easy to immigrate, with lots of jobs for engineers and shit.
Is it just a scam to you lose your money?

If he really thought the judge was biased, he would have filed a motion to disqualify him at the outset along with his evidence.

There is one and only one reason this loser thinks the judge is biased, and it is because the judge ruled against him.

It is simply the infantile temper tantrum of a losing litigant.

Don't bother coming to Canada we're further down the Cuck path then you guys are.

For fucks sake our current Cuck in Charge wants to change our national anthem because one of the lines is " in our sons command" which he feelz isn't inclusive enough.

Sadly the brain dead SJW's and hipsters in Ontario and Quebec gave this Cuck a majority government so he can pretty much pass any law he chooses.

If there's one country whose political system is more fucked up then the US it's Canada where two provinces gets to decided whose PM while the rest of the country curse futility.

Go to Mexico IMHO, at this rate they'll be the last sane country in North America

I saw a news site use the "It's [current year], its time for a change!" excuse

More on topic...

I think a lot of the Clinton supporters are gloating a bit too much and forgetting they will need the Sanders supporters to beat Trump in the general.

Calling them "toast" and "on the wrong side of reality" isn't a way to bring them back into the fold. Lord knows Clinton isn't going to win them back with her warm and winning personality nor her sense of honor and duty.

Shit...I think I"m going to be betting on a Trump victory.

Hillary is just such an unlikable cunt in everything I see her in that I can't see anyone but the most die hard Democrats voting for her.

What a time to be alive eh?
