This "my right wing candidate is a total nazi neo fascist,racist homophobe and xenophobe" is pretty tiring,seem all the left in the world are doing the same thing, problem is, no one will really believe them once a real nazi appears.
 
I know my friends aren't particularly thrilled with the way this election is going but Left-Twitter seems to be incapable of expressing anything other than rectal trauma at this point.

Appealing to people who have a strong association with the word "Nazi" might work better if the Greatest Generation wasn't almost completely extinct at this point. Cut the bullshit and compare him to Bush if you want to make an impact, you dumb, humorless cucks.

I can't even begin to figure out what the fuck is wrong with the Clinton campaign. Two weeks ago they had a 10+ point lead and today most polls show a tie or Clinton losing by a few points, yet despite the massive losses Hillary spends her days shrieking about Nazi frogs. It's starting to seem like she really is suffering from dementia or something.

It's not just Hillary. It seems the entire campaign has shifted into "Trump is HORRIBLE!" mode. It's like they've given up on 1) Letting Trump say ridiculous things on his own; and 2) Making Hillary look at least decent and sane (mostly by saying nothing).

This shift is strange because the old strategy of letting Trump beat himself was working.

Are there any grownups running for president?

Nah.

We forget every four years how shitty presidential elections are. And it has been that way for a long time. I have a cache of letters from 1836 where people talk shit about Van Buren.

I feel like the salt geyser will be much more spectacular if Trump wins. Especially considering that a lot of people that hate him are extremely prone to violent outbursts of triggering to begin with.

Exactly. Fully 90% of what we will get if Trump loses is a bunch of people being smug acting like they were never really afraid. And that's kind of dryly amusing, but not really the fun time I'm looking for.
