Looks fine...... but the worldbuilding doesn't make any sense.
How does he have videos of himself interacting with others before the spell? Dr Strange literally changed the entire universe so that nobody remembers, those videos should have stopped existing just like people's memories of Peter Being S-M stopped existing.
This isn't a big deal but it shows that amateurs wrote this movie.

MJ wondering who that guy is with di$k pics on her phone.

I'll go on a little rant here since I brought this shit up:

I fucking hate reality altering abilities, they completely ruin the universe.
I liked how underpowered everyone was in phase 1 of the MCU, nobody was OP, neither the heroes or the villains.
Nobody was too much. Hulk was unkillable but he was dumb as a rock and he was just 1 dude jumping around, you could distract him, you could put him to sleep.
Now, Strange rewrote the history of the universe.

So, during the battle in Endgame, S-M took of his mask plenty of times. People from all over the universe saw him.
Maybe he even inspired some of them during this battle. Maybe they did things while thinking of him later.
And now, they don't remember him...
So if they had conversations with him without the mask, what appears in their heads instead of that? Or does it vanish and they get blanks?
Fury has years of interactions with this guy, what does he remember? Literally everyone in SHIELD knew him, they had a whole movie where part of the plot was a giant international operation based on Peter's private life and schedule.
What the fuck is in place of all of that in everyone's minds and in the footage and logs?
There were tens of millions of taxpayer's money spent on the thing Fury organized in Far From Home, what is that ascribed to after the spell? How did the accounting change?

I know I'm thinking way harder about this than anybody but this shit matters when you actually think about it for 5 minutes.

There's been another supposed plot leak of Doomsday.
Hard to tell if this is too retarded or not retarded enough for current MCU, especially that beginning.
I could believe that. I don't know if it's true but I could believe it. If it IS true though, that means they're setting this up as another Part One by ending it on a downer? Also, there's nothing in there about why Doom in this world is Tony Stark. I can't reconcile this in any good way. If he is an alternate universe Tony Stark then so much about the character of Doom just wont make sense or will just have to be changed. And if he isn't an alternative universe Tony Stark then why the Hell does he look and sound like him?

I think the only thing that could make me want to see this would be if RDJ does the entire movie with a bad and inconsistent Eastern European accent.

It's such a pointless gimmick. The characters are wildly different and Doom is far outside RDJ's range. Doom is virtually Shakespearean. He's a dude who not only wears steel armour and a medieval cape unironically, he's someone who can pull it off. You need Ralph Fiennes or someone with a real theatre background to pull it off. Doom combines the eloquence and presence of Ian McKellan with the physicality of James Purefoy or Henry Cavill. Doom is essentially the perfect Renaissance man with one fatal flaw (he cannot stand a rival). I do not believe that RDJ can pull this off.

and ngl if RDJ can really shit out a decent DOOM then I won't be too mad even if it's post-production
Let me call Newton and see if he has a larger prism I can borrow. Going to need a bigger rainbow for this.

I can think of few characters in the history of comics harder to do right than Doom.

Let's be real R DOOM J is going to be Tony Stark whose parents died sooner and he got adopted by Latverians, he is gonna be Evil Tony Stark.

Even "funnier" Strange himself before casting the spell says something like "It was nice knowing you Peter" so if nothing went wrong with the spell, Dr. Strange would be left with some random teenager he doesn't know and who somehow got inside his sanctum...
Also, there's nothing in there about why Doom in this world is Tony Stark.
Back when the casting was announced I remember reading that he would be 100% the TRUE & HONEST Victor Von Doom and that they simply casted RDJ as a desperate resort to win back the audience due to his acting skills. However I'm almost 90% sure they are gonna go with a "Big Reveal" of Dr. Doom being ackshully an evil Ironman variant.

The problem is, the perfect casting for Doom would have been someone like Christopher Lee, and unfortunately he died 10 years ago.

I swear to God if Disney decides to paper over RDJ with AI Christopher Lee…

Thank God they never touched the Immortal Hulk stuff.

This really feels like something they threw in without thinking about the implications.

If they wanted to bring Robert Downey Jr. back as a villain, why not just have him play an evil Iron Man from another universe?

I'd bet it's a money issue. The contract was up for Iron Man, and they'd have to pay him like $57M for him to come back as Iron Man (even an evil one from another universe). Whereas to bring him in as Doom, they only had to pay $55M (and some back end points).

This is why they don't let financially illiterate morons like you make movies.

My nuts make a satisfying pop sound when I pull them out of your mom's mouth.

Like opening a tube of mini m&ms.

This guy on Twitter leaked the trailer back in December and now it's going viral because the people who saw it back then thought it was AI or something.

It actually has some major differences to the version that officially came out. Most notably actual voicelines from (presumably) Sadie Sink, a few more action shots, and an extra Punisher scene at the end.

You're a mess, Spider-Man. Stay out of my way... or else it won't just be your friends who don't remember who Peter Parker is.

e: Also, just heard that the Sony Pictures India YouTube channel's upload of the trailer has an interesting pinned comment.

I can't say I'm surprised seeing it's from a Indian, but how did he manage to look at all the Marvel universe stuff like Punisher and the Hand which have nothing to do with Spiderman's side of the universe and go. "This isn't part of a shared universe at all."

You know it is a little weird that brought back RDJ when Doom doesn't ever take his mask off in the comics. You basically could've just casted some nobody for the role and saved a lot of money.
