I re-watched Infinity War and I've decided that what I want for Christmas is the movie recut with the only change being that all the Wakanda warriors change their little Xhosa war scream to "Nigger Heil Hitler."

The latest Fantastic Four run is by a leaf named Ryan North.

Decided to find out what his politics are, basically a marxist far leftoid by American standards.

So far in the comic, he decides to move the family from New York to rural Arizona, when he could have chosen any other shitlib deep blue shithole.

And despite redditors simping heavily for the run, its got quite some right wing vibes to it, like with the whole obsession with science and discovery and trying to stop Dr Doom from turning the world into a literal giant economic zone with Latveria being exempt.

What did he mean by this?

Through the power of AI.

That can be achieved easily.

No they can just leave it to her.
I don't even think it is a "M-She-U" shit...its just basic incompetence.

People Like Ben Grimm, he was always the most popular of the 4 as far as I am aware, like it makes zero sense for him to not have a good amount of prominence.

THE LOWEST FUCKING BAR

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HAVE BEN SAY "ITS CLOBBERING TIME" AND BEAT UP BAD GUYS.
You'd think they already figured out that's the winning formula, right? That's why DnW made money. It had drama and a plot, but it was just Wade and Logan kicking ass (even to each other) displaying their powers. The villains and the "cameos" did exactly the same thing.

Believe it or not, current Marvel doesn't get it. They think we want to see and read about the characters' trauma. Or worse, talking about it and solving it by talking.

They just don't get it.

Cicero described Mark Anthony as reckless and emotional.
For a moment, I wondered who superheros were these...

Sue Storm is continuously put front and center in the trailers.
I had to check and the 2000s posters featured Jessica Alba on front a lot. But this was likely because she was a top name back then, more at least than Evans and Gruffudd were back then. There are posters with them being more balanced.

The recent Empire cover actually has her being the focus of the composition, which is a bit worrying.

From what i've read on /tv/ both FF and Superman are getting recut, both are going all in on hoping for excellent WOM, honestly i feel like neither will end up making a billion dollars, just like the latest MI film, the tropes are tired and no one cares. Unless its a kids movie, it won't make the bucks, the way shits looking the minecraft film will end up being the highest grossing film of the year until avatar 3 comes out.

i know everyone considers it part of the MCU, but from production to how its filmed to its casting and attitude it might as well be from its own separate company. The same way Shrek was part of dreamworks, back when Dreamworks was a prestige oscar baity film studio where Spielburg and his friends released their films. Just because Shrek and the road to el dorado and the prince of Egypt are made by the same people doesn't mean people would put them all in the same category. Shrek was giving a middle finger to animated films while the rest of dreamworks output was about the "magic of making movies"

I'd be surprised if Kevin Faggy or his crew was even allowed to give notes on Deadpool.

Everything about the film was a love letter to the 20th century fox movies, while also being its own passionate thing.

Lilo & Stitch will destroy Minecraft at the box office.
That shit is making way over $1 billion.
i'd agree with you but both Disney and Dreamworks have other kids films coming out this month, it might snuff out the flame. People have been saying the summer movie season has become too crowded and its going to fuck up everyone's box offices. This isn't a Sinners scenario where its the only game in town for a whole month.

The capeshit era a la MCU is dead and we'll see it plainly this summer. There's movies that'll still make a profit, but it won't be because they're Marvel movies. Deadpool makes a profit because it's Deadpool and included Wolverine. Spider-Man makes a profit because it's Spider-Man and it had the two older Spider-Men with him. Batman maybe makes money if it's not shit. X-Men maybe makes money if Faggy doesn't have Bobby Drake take it up the ass and frumpy Rogue and Storm covered up like an Eskimo (although if the Cynthia Erivo rumor is true, maybe it's best if you cover up Storm).

The good news is that it's finally over and hopefully, just maybe, the fake geeks that came into the hobby after 2012 can finally fuck off back to watching Twilight and Big Bang Theory.

I cannot overstate the amount of damage The Big Bang Theory has done to nerdom - its the nerd equivalent of Crack being introduced to Black Communities.

Before that show, people acting like that in real life would be mocked - now it’s practically mainstream. Remember - gatekeeping isn’t a bad thing, and anyone who says otherwise can get fucked with a cactus.

Being someone who actually enjoys maths, programming and computers, I avoided that show like it was the Black Death. What little I know of it and have seen, was like nails on a chalkboard.

So who would win?

The Maker or Dr Doom.

And I guess the MCU could make him the next villain if Dr Doom doesn't work out.

An incel who gets rejected by a girl and decides to become a combination of Dr Mengele, Genghis Khan and whoever was the Jap in charge of Unit 731.

That looks too similar to Xavier's Krakoa design and that's the one we're supposed to hate.

OT (and DP, I know), but at the end, they cucked themselves with feminism. They already had some mention of how there were not enough wahmen doing science and how nerd hobbies were sexist, but at the end, despite Amy is a neurobiologist, she also won a Nobel Prize along with Sheldon for their discovery of Super Asymmetry (don't think much about it). I'm not saying she couldn't have helped (the show showed that she did), but it would have made more sense that it was Sheldon and Leonard because both were physicists. They just wanted a woman winning so bad.

You can't have family themes in these things anymore because it's all written by weird LGBT people.
For them, the only family dynamic is "MY PARENTS DON'T UNDERSTAND MY IDENTITY!!!"

I read over the weekend that Marvel's casting call for the the invisible woman was in the age 30 to 35 range.

The first female main superhero for Marvel, who is supposed to be in the top 5 looks category for Marvel, reduced to the wall.

Older Women definitely hate Younger Women.

If this is Sue at the point where she's a mother, early 30's seems alright to me. She has a doctorate so starting age is around 24 and then from there they have to leave room for: jaunt into Space to gain powers, assorted battles with moleman, Galactus and Doom, flirtations with Atlantean royalty and the pregnancy itself.

If they do the Malice story arc in the dommy mommy outfit, I will forgive them in their casting call choice lol.
