There's been a confirmation that we're having an Avengers vs X-Men scene for Doomsday, as for a twitter source.

We kinda knew since Alan Cumming said he filmed a fight versus Reed.

It's going to be low energy since there is no Storm and Jean and Rogue and Wolverine.

Oh and thats not counting Nightcrawler who can just teleport the more dangerous ones away.

Are you suggesting white men coumd beat Riri Williams or Captain Wakanda in a fight? Not to mention they have Captain Marvel. X-men, especially the old guard ones, have nothing that can penetrate plot armor.

The next issue of the Ultimates comic run comes out next week.

Given the popularity of the Fantastic Four being pushed, I wonder if they will go for a Ultimates Fantastic Four line reboot since Doom is Reed and the Maker killed off the other 3 leaving 3 spots open.

Captain Marvel will get buck broken by Rogue, assuming they use the comic version of her.

And she does as well get buck broken by Rogue in that X-men versus Avengers comic run.

There is no way Wolverine ain't in this. A rumor circulated about Storm coming back.

Also, we have Cyclops and Gambit. It's gonna be fun.

I finished reading the Secret Wars comic book.

And since Thanos is dead, I wonder which hero is going to get skinned alive by Doom in the movie.

If they don't rate it R then its meaningless.

Do you mean the Avengers formerly known as Thunderbolts, the new lineup Captain America is assembling, or the handful of remaining Avengers who are just doing their own thing like Ant-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Captain Marvel?
I don't see how the MCU Avengers can win when 99% of them use metallic objects as clothes or weapons (Thor especially) or Xavier can just dull their minds and make them passive enough to stop fighting by freezing them in place. I'm imagining Falcons wings being condensed like a soda pop can while Stormbreaker gets lodged into Hulk, Ant-Man's apparatus being taken from him and Xavier just saying fuck it and making them all stop. Oh and thats not counting Nightcrawler who can just teleport the more dangerous ones away.
Reminds me of how the Avengers Assemble cartoon adapted Civil War by pitting two teams of heroes against each other. While most of the matchups were somewhat fair, Miss Marvel was stuck fighting the Hulk, and the only damage she did was knock a single tooth out of his mouth with a sucker punch.

Those are like some of the most marketable characters. Why leave them out if you're bringing the X-Men in?

Who do they have left who can take on characters like Captain America, Thor, and the Hulk? Colossus? Beast?

And if there's no Jean Grey, who will be there to get beaten up while Cyclops screams "JEAN!"

For those three, it seems unbelievable who else will be put up.

And I was surprised to learn that Emma Frost has barely made any appearances in the Fox movie universes as well.

I been seeing Magik getting promoted heavily in the comics and they also now promoting X-23 as Wolverine as well.

Wolverine is always the classic pick for Hulk. And they teased it in the Deadpool 3 movie.

Storm would probably be it for Thor and for Captain America, it will have to be Cyclops.

Cap mildly uncomfortable about trying not to stare at Emma's ginormous tiddies could get a bit of a chuckle

There is a pic of Channing Tatum with other actors in comfy clothes. They were likely finishing practising or training. We know there was already some filming done.

Tatum was in the pic with Antman, Thor, Shang-Chi, Sue, M'Baku, Thing, the Captain formerly known as Falcon. So, choose which Avenger was him fighting, none was an Asterisk-Avenger.

RDJ was there too.

If you told me a couple years ago that the newest Marvel movie would be struggling in the box office against a month old horror movie and the fifth Final Destination sequel directed by the guy behind Leprechaun Origins, I would have called you a liar because of how utterly unrealistic that scenario sounded, yet here we are. I know I predicted that the then titled Thunderbolts movie would flounder at the box office, but not to this extent.

The MCUs done movies with literal who misfits forming a family, but their momentum with GOTG was alot better than it is now. The absolute worst thing you can do to any fandom or audience is make them apathetic.

I am trying to figure out who is the character that I marked as Number 1.

2. Black Panther
3. America Chavez (Revealed much later)
4. Reed Richards/DOOM
5. Ant Man
6. Thor
7. Sif
8. Iron Man
9. Captain America

I am guessing it could be Captain Marvel or some character that is still yet to be revealed even though the 12 issue going to drop next week.

It can't be the current She Hulk stand in because she is too big and fat.

Edit: lol.

For Thor and america there is a good chance they're gonna cut a super fat paycheck to Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth to get them to return just like they did for RDJ.

They could always just replace the characters with black women but the way I understand it they're kinda desperate for a W right now. I don't know if they'll be brought back immediately but if RDJ pays off they definitely will.

It doesn't help that Thunderbolts has the burden of being tied to a TV show (Falcon and the Winter Soldier) and several marvel movies that aren't the most popular (Ant-Man 2 and Black Widow)

Not helped by how Disney+ kinda fumbled releases for years cause people could simply watch the new marvel movies on Disney+ in a few weeks.

They should've tried to keep it closer to what the comic book version of the Thunderbolts were. Sure it's a lot more risky then what they actually ended up doing but it would've been more interesting then a movie that stars the heroes that were too small and unknown to make the cut to the Avengers. A villain lead movie hasn't actually been made by Disney before, has it?
