I'd almost think that Martin & Lauren agreed upon this little twitter feud. Martin gets love from his army of fanboys and Lauren's SJW brigade gets their daily dose of outrage. They both get loads of attention from their twitter followers - it's win/win for both these drama llamas.

That would be incredibly risky on Shkreli's part considering what happened to Milo/@nero. Twitter staff probably know who he is and he has a history of pissing off lefties.
 
I actually kinda feel bad for him now, in a passive way, but man, what a moral aesop incarnate..... rich on the outside, empty on the inside to the point that this is now his life....
 
I thinks in the end it's a good thing. Martin isn't one to give a fuck while the whole banning would be another nail in the coffin of Twitter.
It's going to need a lot more nails still, but Jack sure not going to stop delivering.
