Oh, yeah this guy. After the AIDS medication stunt and buying Wutang's album, he offered to pay bobby shmurda's bail(guess what he's in for). With him buying this Wu-Tang album and claming to want to be a "rap mogul" I can't help but think he's got some plot to have shmurda rhyme his lyrics over a WuTang beat. Especially since he was quoted with this shit: “The guy’s going to have to record for me if he comes out. I’ll just come out and say it,”

The quotes by this guy are amazing:
  • If Ace Hood can stand next to me in a music video and be like, “I fucks with this dude. This is my bankroll guy and I’ve got fucking suitcases of money." That’s my real life. I fucking travel around [Las Vegas] with fucking $2 million or $3 million in cash like Floyd Mayweather. It’s real.

What he says may be depressingly close to the truth, though only because the Serbs and Croats did a pretty thorough job of ethnically cleansing Shkreli's countrymen during the Yugo Wars so there wasn't a whole lot of competition left for him in the old country.
 
So basically it's Marijan the Ustasha's fault for genociding the Bosnian Islams and getting Shkreli's parents to flee to the US and birth this waste of human life.
 
He allegedly “friended” one of Pierotti’s teenage sons and wrote, “I want you to know about your dad … he betrayed me, he stole $3 million from me.”

Shkreli also purportedly wrote a letter to Pierotti’s wife, stating: “Your husband stole $1.6 million from me and I will get it back. I will go to any length necessary to get it back … Having frozen your husband’s stock account once, I will do so repeatedly until I get what is mine … Your pathetic excuse of a husband needs to get a job real job that does not depend on fraud to succeed … I hope to see you and your four children homeless and I will do whatever I can to assure this.”

There was already mention of his face badly needing a fist. And with how he has acted, it wouldn't be surprising if someone even tried to give his face either a fist or a molotov.

A contract doesn't invalidate criminal laws. They can still be prosecuted for breaking and entering, and the Shaolin record would remain his.

They're pussies for not finding him in contempt of Congress and just hauling him off to cool his heels indefinitely. Not for invoking his Fifth Amendment rights but for making a mockery of the proceedings.
