I'm sorry but this anime girl doesn't even resemble Draco Malfoy at all....She's just a blonde anime girl dressed in a Slytherin outfit.

If you didn't tell me she's a gender-bend version of Dacro, I'd think its some random Harry Potter OC.

How is she different from any other anime girl of the month? INB4 Let people enjoy things

Is Cassandra Vole the Slytherin witch from the NetEase mobile Chinese game Harry Potter: Magic Awakened?
I believe .apks are still out there if one was interested in playing something that is almost "lost media". I'm not sure if you need to be connected to a centralized server (Fuck Maldavius Figtree with a hedgehog instead of a ferret/butt gnome, seriously) but yeah. I think the story of Ms. Vole and those characters takes place in 2008. No idea if the gameplay or story is any good - anything better than The Cursed Child can at least be considered... what an awful story (Cursed Child). I shall pay my thread back taxes later. Got work to do.

Also remember the sub-forum rules, Mirth required. Don't like it, don't participate. Easy peasy.

That's a lot of the appeal IMO. Ginny as a love interest feels tacked on. Putting Malfoid into that role with a tsundere/love-hate/rivals-to-lovers/whatever you wanna call it dynamic not only feels more natural and satisfying as a romantic arc, it gives room to strengthen Malfoy's character arc as well.

It also helps that draco is so female coded already. The scene where Buckbeak slashes Draco open for lack of respect would hit different with Malfoid.

And once you start realizing that so many other scenes start to improve. Draco acts like a little bitch all the time and it lands flat. An actual bitch behaving that way though makes more sense.

Hermoine being her self insert and therefore was never going to be the protagonist's love interest probably has a lot to do with Ginny feeling tacked on rather than a real character with a real arc.
 
The Malfoid thing has been very entertaining and interesting to watch. Of course, the impotent seeting from the usual suspects of circus geeks and sideshow freaks is always worth a giggle. However, the really interesting thing for me has been all the assorted Skittles-haired "Trans rights are HUMAN rights!" losers chiming in on in. The ones who hate Rowling and pitched the boycott tantrum over the recent Hogwarts video game. They are basically outing themselves as still being Harry Potter fans, despite all their pissing and moaning about leaving the fandom because JK wants to genocide trannies or whatever.

The ones that have really been funny for me are the ones melting down about how Malfoid is unnecessary because "We already have Drarry!", which I guess is a gay Harry x Malfoy ship. Too bad, losers. You already gave up the HP fan scene, leaving it open for new people to make their own fanfic, and not everyone is into gay or tranny shit. Some people want to see fanfics that are straight and wholesome. In other words, fanfic that is NORMAL and not degenerate in some way. Malfoid is a real girl, not some delusional boy playing dress-up in his sister's clothes. Go cry about it, freak losers. And good job outing yourself as still caring about this stuff and showing everyone that you were all lying your tranny asses off when you said you were giving up Harry Potter forever because of muh troonicide. I'll bet you bought that game too, the one you all collectively lost your shit over a couple years back. I'll bet you fucking pre-ordered it while telling everyone else not to buy it.

It all ties to how black magic works in that universe and Harry's need to avoid it's addictive nature, plus having literal knights of God trying to stop him from killing someone in dire need of death since he was just stupid rather than malicious. Basically while Harry would be based he wouldn't be a Garry Plauche.

Anyways to stay relevant to this thread, I am so fucking happy to see Rule 63 in action and not only free of troons but also cause them to sneed hard and producing some cute as hell art. Good things can still happen.
