Alternatively they just ignore it and reprint fatal push because consumers would lose confidence in their investment if their common/uncommon pump spells were banned and the Arena team needs to make sure that red deck wins is played constantly because it's easier then addressing the Arena economy sucking ass.

Here's the funnier scenario.
Manifold Mouse 100% has to go so Rage will be broken as shit with Cecil once Cutdown leaves Standard and we can't let mice outshine Final Fantasy.
Lets be real here you just put Cecil into the mouse deck to replace the Lizard as the one drop, Blazemire Verge is Black on turn one that becomes red with a mountain.

That might just straight kill the red deck anyways, Rage fucks with Cut Down so you can't just throw it out randomly..Push doesn't have that limitation.

I think that line would require a RDW to not play their best cards on curve which is a big ask for a RDW player. Also realistically reprinting Push would just push red into rakdos or "rakdos" with like Cecil and Push and maybe duress in the sideboard. Also push would be a great card for Esper Bounce

The only cards that the mouse deck woulc switch out is the lizard and maybe the village

Well, what was MTG's release in Q4? Foundations, I think?

Growth over a core-set is to be expected, and I think Innistrad Remastered did a lot of heavy lifting for Q1. Digital sales growth is a little confusing, I don't really know what Arena changed to prompt big sales. DND 5.5 imploded and has cratered out the IP.

Guys do you think Old Gnawbone and the DnD Dragons will go down in price? I can’t justify paying 60~ dollars for a trading card.
But my Henzie deck needs them.

Hasbro announced their Q1 2025 financial results, and reported a 17% increase in profit, mostly due to the 46% growth in digital gaming sales. / Archive

And WotC CEO Chris Cocks said that the Final Fantasy set will be the best-selling of all time once it releases. / Archive

So whales are still whaling for the game, and it'll still be years, if not decades, before people finally had enough of WotC pushing out consoomer product after consoomer product.
First good day to be a Hasbro stockholder in a long, long time.

Hasbro also retained the Marvel license, which has infuriated McFarlane fanboys still butthurt that Todd lost the DC license to Mattel.

I find your post humorous but I like to have real cards. Or at the very least, those close enough proxies.
Dragons are extremely popular and always will be plus we just had a dragon set. I would recommend just making a proxy, find lower power alternatives, or pray they reprint the DnD cards in some set to promote something.

This one financial trick involving a sharpie and the back of a card can save you millions!
You can easily do better than sharpie if you simply print out the card on paper and sleeve it together with a basic land or some draft chaff. If you want to be a bit more fancy you can use glossy photo paper (the thinner the better) and the cards will be close to unrecognizable from the originals when looking across the table. I've been using a program called MTGProxyPrinter to print the cards and it works really well.

prof finally uploaded a tranny-less episode and it's the only good thing he's put out there for years

Hello not chyat, as a person who also likes having the actual cards and barely brushing up against proxies very recently, I will advocate for just printing them shits until you can get the real card (or not, who cares). Living in a tertiary market makes it difficult and *extra* expensive to get the cardboard I want for my decks, I'm still using all the shady methods I can to find the stuff I want, but I just proxied a Revel in Riches (because nobody has the fucking thing, and the one guy that DOES have one, is asking for 75$ + shipping because he lives in the other ass end of my stupid ass country) and nobody has complained too loudly. Just check in with your usual pod / LGS group / whatever the hell to make sure nobody is a prissy little bitch and then proxy away.
