spoiler we were the real mafia old country all alongdo not spoil the game.
Wait for a sale.So is The old Country good? When I replayed it/gave it a second chance I liked Mafia II (and when I replayed Mafia III I found it was way more woke than I remembered).
"I'm not a superstitious man, but I can’t help but have some kind of Spidey Sense, like, 'Is it just me?'" Hernandez said. "Do I have like the opposite of the golden touch, like the s***-brown touch, everything I touch turns to poop?"
up until 3, basically yes.Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Mafia always a "look, but don't touch" faux-open world where the story itself was the driving force?
It feels like gamers are spoiled from GTA to where Mafia has to mimic its "player freedom" to be a good game, which would then turn it into a derivate product.up until 3, basically yes.
Closest to that would be EA's video game adapation to The Godfather. If Rockstar did a GTA set in 1920s chicago or 1950s New York THAT would be fucking awesome,
I've heard both are good but especially the godfather, I'll have to add that one to my Xbox collection.the godfather and the scarface game are no joke fucking incredible
Play the original on the PC, it is a completely different game than the remaster. If you don't mind it being slower paced and more realistic, it's a much better game too.I just bought the trilogy off the PS store for $12 and change. I've never really played these types of games before (I'm more of a sports/fighting game player), so I suspect the going will be rough, lol
What the hell are they talking about, Old Country is the most by the numbers linear experience I have seen recently. There is no replayability here. Did they "finish" the game and are advertising it now to get some pity buyers at the last minute? This ain't no Cyberpunk, it won't work twice. Finish your game before you release it next time, make sure it's not shit too, while we're at it.Immersive, cinematic, and built for replayability - this is the definitive way to experience Mafia life in the Old Country.
Playing the original on PC isn't really an option for me.Play the original on the PC, it is a completely different game than the remaster. If you don't mind it being slower paced and more realistic, it's a much better game too.
