I think that what you'll end up getting, is legal immigrants from largely not-third-world-shitholes to self deport back to i.e. Europe, Japan, China or even Mexico, whereas people from actual third world shitholes with nothing to lose will just roll the dice and attempt to stay. Are they a legal immigrant or are they on a work visa, it's two different systems. There is a difference between being a resident alien on a work status (a non-immigrant visa holder) and being on track to get a green card (a lawful permanent resident alien). So, you'll excuse me if I am completely dismissive of any of your opinions because you are clearly retarded.

The real issue with immigration in the United States is that big cities want illegal immigration since it brings in federal tax dollars to pay for education and healthcare. Elites in cities don't want their economy to turn to shit but they also don't want competition from the private sector. Slaves are great because they can never become too wealthy without being extorted or deported and they'll never have political power.
The majority of work visas are not dual intent, btw. Most work and school visas actually require the opposite, you have to prove that you have no meaningful intent to remain and that you are maintaining your permanent residence in your country of origin
