I'm no doctor, but I've been taking vitamins B complex, A (fish oil), D3, E, K2MK7, C (acerola, the real deal), zinc and magnesium daily since Covid because I wanted to fortify my immune system instead of getting the Fauci Ouchie. You can probably down a big dose of D3 (20000 IU a day) and zinc when you're starting to feel symptoms of cold. Again, don't quote me on that.

Get your D3 levels checked, by the way. You most likely have a serious deficiency like almost everyone in the world.
 
Re: the produce thing, I think it's gotten a lot worse in the post-Covid years. I used to by able to get Colorado-grown tomatoes, onions, peppers, and zucchini (they ever came with their own special sticker that said "Colorado produce") and avocados from California in the local Kroger store, but after 2021-22 that stopped and honestly I don't know why. Now everything is from Mexico. What change in 3 years, after the worst of the supply chain issues?
 
With regards to the Fishtank/ Jeet Neptroon drama that was on the last MATI I just wanted to fill people in on who's who.
These were all contestants of "Bitchtank" was like a fishtank spinoff. 2.5 season.

Shadi (the one recording) is the big nig. She has been pretty consistently talking shit about jet.
I think she did fuck someone from the show but i cant remember who atm. I think it might have been jimmy (hes not staff at least, he was a contestant in season 2 and bloodgames).

She has been pretty consistently talking shit about all of them for probably over a year now.

But as far as I know theres no reason to think she's being dishonest about anything. But i would say... she's very drama pilled like drama follows her/she creates a lot of it.

Something of note- both of these girls are in stable long term (i think) relationships before and after show. Coincidence?
Juliana may even be married now and maybe even kato too, but don't quote me on that.

Of note - Claire is also someone who was rumored (basically confirmed) to have had sex with jet, and also that jet got her addicted to drugs. There was also rumors about Haley as well.

Sodaman was staff during bloodgames - they clearly had some sort of falling out with him because he is not around anymore.
The story of him seeing something fucked up and getting kicked out sounds plausible to me. He seems like a relatively normal guy (although he is a D&D nerd), but it should be noted that none of the contestants have ever said anything bad about him - and he stayed friends with contestants after as far as I know.

Not pictured: Kat - the one who supposedly got the UTI. I'm not quite sure who she is. Possibly a behind the scenes member.
I think she may have been staff who did like make up and set design, but I'm not positive.
People are saying she was Jet's "ex gf" so I guess it's weird that he would rape his gf, but what do i know.

Anyways - tldr jet tries to have sex with all the girls. he plies them with drugs (nitrous) and alcohol to do so. with some he has been successful and some he has not. pretty universally all of them regard him as creepy now.

Anyways, I think that's a pretty accurate break down of the drama for anyone who cares.
But if I fucked up anything it's because I haven't really followed fishtank world since the last season ended.

RE your question about tomatoes and Canada:
Farmers built huge sprawling greenhouses in Ontario. They can produce produce all year long and that is why grocery stores like buying from them. There is no reason these green houses could not be built in the US at scale. However, there are certain agricultural subsidies in Canada - including subsidies on the energy - that make them much cheaper than the US (labor is also cheaper in Canada because they're poor and their currency sucks).

Every white box on this map is a greenhouse and this particular area around Leamington might be the highest density of them not just in Canada, but all North America. This is miles of greenhouses.

If we just cut most of the social programs going to browns and elderly and repurposed it for something useful, such as enforcing the deals given to big companies to set up better infrastructure, we'd enter a golden era.

Diplomacy? What are you gay? Just threaten them with tarrifs, and insult the leaders of their countries. Really they're lucky we aren't going to war with them. Don't they know our goyslop companies DESERVE their farm land? It's rightfully ours.
 
One thing I didn't hear on this MATI about the Renee Good footage was something Metokur pointed out on his stream. Right before she accelerated and hit the agent her wife yelled "Drive baby drive! Drive!" His take was not only was the shooting justifiable self defense but additionally her wife, now widow, should be charged with accessory to assault with a deadly weapon or accessory to attempted murder due to her inciting Renee to action. Would be great to see it happen
