Good show. I think that animesucks guy has a crush on you. That would explain all of his behaviors.

@Null was right about the “why would you watch a podcast featuring 2 whores”. I saw a clip of their podcast on this video and just wanted to end it.

Jared Taylor released a video about the phenomenon of declining rates of transgenders and how it could possibly be related to the culture shift against white hatred.

Since it's hopefully not too late. But when it comes to fitness I recommend you set some simple attainable goals. 2K run, maybe 5k, doing 20 clean push ups, a good clean pull up. There are a gazillion plans like couch to 5k. You can skip all that and just use an LLM as a personal trainer of sorts. Give it your stats, give it a realistic goal, your realistic free time and give a shit and it will help you not just get that goal but deal with obstacles and questions, just double check to make sure the stuff it says is real. The lowest bar of exercise is cardio and body weight though a good weight set is nice, until you have to move. I have been doing it for 3 months now and I am doing better with 3 months of machine help than with 2 years of stumbling in the dark like a retard.

So I'm not a professional fitness expert, but I am somebody that has probably lost over 250 pounds cumulatively over my entire life so this more of a take from my own experience.

I saw that you want a basic, free, general strength routine. This is something I came across years ago and it's been a decent workout for me when I stopped going to the gym.

Hope this helps.

If that is too much for you, then just do that OnePunchMan workout (100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats and run 10km (6 miles). Add pull-ups to the routine and have rest days). If you can't do 100 reps or run 6 miles, make it a goal. Start with like 10 or 15 reps, walk a mile and then every other day add more reps and either pick up your walking/running pace or add more distance.

Again, not a certified fitness instructor. Just a fatass that stopped being a fatass for a decent number of years with some experience.

Best of luck on your journey, Josh!

Squat 3x5
Benchpress 3x5
Deadlift 1x5.

All you need. Do some curls or chin-ups if you feel like your biceps are being neglected.

stuff like this is simple.
i'd second doing simple cardio like even just putting on a podcast and going for like a half hour walk.
if you can do that and it seems like no big deal then you can start to incorporate jogging
but for most people who are out of shape if you go for a decent walk you will feel it.

i also think walking is great because it gives you time to just organize your thoughts and it helps you think about things.
like if you're frustrated with computer/programming problem i find that taking a break and going for a walk and then coming back to it is helpful.
i do this a lot when i get stuck on something and get frustrated. just take a break and go walk around the block.

anyways - at the end of emilys 2nd episode she did the meme of hasan shocking his dog

also listening to MATI and null thinking Jamie Oliver is Jon Oliver made me laugh.

edit edit: the guy who shot the indian kids eye out is Sam Pepper. He's one of Ice Poseidons lackeys and is a massive faggot.

Josh refusing to have Emily Youcis on because he is afraid they would vibe too hard is fucking halarious to me.

That or he's afraid Mrs Emily Moon won't be able to keep the charade up... :jacewtf:

Kettlebells are perfect for Jersh. Something heavy at home. There's also a calisthenics book by that one famous British prisoner, Charles Bronson. Wrote a whole book about getting fit at home because he had to do it in solitary confinement. It's literally that easy

A big problem with playing the Kiwi Farms edition of Guess Who? has been the question: "Does he/she/xir weigh more/less than Joshua Moon?"

Of course nobody has a definitive answer. Thereafter, the game descends into autistic levels of speculation where my retarded opponents will attempt to determine Moon's weight using voice analysis, or by the deducting the weight of the Ukraine after Moon departed from the weight of the Ukraine when he was resident in the country, which is old data. It means nothing.

Now that it has been confirmed that Josh's weight has slipped below 200, the question has at least a degree of value. It's not at the point where, if you were constructing a bridge you would select 'moons' as one of your units of measurement. It's not that precise, However, it is precise enough for the activity I have outlined above, at least on an amateur footing.

Thank you for bringing clarity to this matter. I will now be retrospectively challenging the outcomes of several games of Kiwi Farms Guess Who? that fall within the seven year window permitted by the American Federation of Guess Who? (AFGW?) for formal disputes.

Null, to know how much you should weigh is simple. What's your height in meters? For example, i'm 1,88m, my ideal weight is 88 kg. Just get the two last digits of your height in meters and that's what you should be weighing.
Anyway, you're probably better off just keeping the weight off even if you're just "overweight" than trying to go all the way to 70 kg and then eat your way back to 100 kg+.

Edit: BMI is not reliable for people who workout and are muscular, but i guess it's good for you since you are just dieting.

my family is very large, even when they've got a low bf%, i'd not trust it. i want to measure it.
Then probably go to a place that has the proper equipment to measure your bf%. Gyms will usually have one machine like this:
OMRO147.webp

These types of machine are not very accurate from my experience. You will probably want to go to a nutritionist or a doctor that has the real thing like:

The only real one is the dunk tank. AFIK all of the current based ones are picky about how hydrated you are.
