I'll say this as someone who genuinely hates vtumors and their simpcophants, I think there's an explanation beyond "they're all pedophiles" that makes more sense. They're deeply fucking autistic. They don't simp for a normal e-thot because they genuinely feel threatened by a woman, even when they're paying her to be nice to them. For some of them, their autism is so deep, this response even triggers for big booby anime women.
