By that logic every religion is demons because of their weird autistic rules and loopholes and I'm not ready to deal with that possibility right now.
Not to derail but Jews view only 7 laws to be universal to mankind (7 noahide laws) the rest of the 606 commandments (Jews believe there are 613 laws in total) were given by God to be done by the Jews because, the Jews were "chosen" to be the example by which people should strive to be (or something like that). Most of the commandments are laws regarding everything from business law to property to personal. For Jews, the laws are less "this is what you as a person must do and not do" and more "this is what you as a country/nation need to do or not do". Imagine if the full and current US Constitution were given by God, but only the first and second amendments were universal. And you were told to build a nation (with its million little laws and rules) with just the US Constitution. So what you get is a shit ton of legal interpretation and arguing, this is what the talmud is and other things. Rabbis are for Jews what Lawyers are for secular law. Most lawyers specialize in one area of law, and most rabbis only specialize in one area of Jewish law. So it's less "jews are trying to trick God" and more "Jews are trying to figure out what and how God wants us to act, given he only gave one set of laws once". That's why Jews call non Jews goy/goyium/gentiles because the word goy/gentiles literally means "other nation" . So when Jews go "its for the goyim," what they are saying (a bit very poorly) is: "what they do does not concern us, they are a different nation and thus have different laws."
Sort of how in the secular world British law means fuck all to us Americans and vise versa. And the different types of Jews are how different states and political parties have different interpretations on how the law should be practiced. Except Jews lost the ability to have a supreme court because the Romans destroyed the capital and the Muslims built a mosque on the ruins.
This is why so many Jews are lawyers. The fucking religion is law. It's just not secular law.
So in short Judiasm is a religion which is focused on the person and the collective nation (of other jews only).
Christianity is focused on the person (personal salvation and all that)
And Islam is also focused on the person and the state, but whereas Judaism goes "these laws and their consequences are for only the Jews to practice and uphold," Islam goes "these laws are for EVERYONE, regardless if you're a Muslim or not". Which you know isn't good.
Islam would be if you imagine, that the UK decided that only democratic nations and their people are allowed to exist, but only British law (and its consequences) are the law of the globe and if you disagree you are antidemocratic and must die oh and if you aren't their approved flavor of democracy you are knowingly going against the crown and should be killed.
Also the whole "God gave us the hard shit" does lead to a fuck ton of copium and smugness and the false view that they are better than the rest. In reality, according to Jewish law, a Jew and a non Jew (assuming the non jew is following the 7 Noahide laws) have equal chances of getting into heaven; however, the Jew, due to his extra rules, will be given a closer look and will be scrutinized more. I guess what I am trying to say is that for Jews, the non Jews are the DEI/affirmative action crowd, but the white guy who will be torn apart simply because he is white.
