And asians. That's literally the ONLY two groups I see driving tesla trucks.Old news but the Tesla vandalism spree is really funny because Trump voters don’t drive Teslas. Pajeets do.
When I was like 17 a relative had an Amazon Alexa, and it didn't work anymore, but randomly at 2AM it just began to make these horrible sounds and I thought someone was breaking into my house, I had swept the whole house and then it made the noise again and I unplugged it and threw it away. Amazon has ghosts in their robots.I would never buy or use anything owned by Amazon in my house.
It's actually just the soul of dead workers powering all their chinese circuitry. When I was like 17 a relative had an Amazon Alexa, and it didn't work anymore, but randomly at 2AM it just began to make these horrible sounds and I thought someone was breaking into my house, I had swept the whole house and then it made the noise again and I unplugged it and threw it away. and also absolute slow garbage.Samsung TVs use an OS called Tizen, which is both Linux-based and open source.
Short of torrenting everything then using screen mirroring what's the alternative?and also absolute slow garbage.
I literally do this right now. I have a Walmart TV thing and have VLC connected to a network drive that has my videos on it. Then I have SmartTube for YouTube.Short of torrenting everything then using screen mirroring what's the alternative?
I looked at services like Plex but it seems overkill compared to just buying a couple of portable hard drives. I still use regular YouTube, just with Brave Shields, Sponsorblock, and the Bypass Age Restrict extensions.I literally do this right now. PC direct into LG. They make the panels, webOS isn't as bad as people say it is, they have a setting for last input so you don't need to see the home screen.Short of torrenting everything then using screen mirroring what's the alternative?
You could get one of those cheap APU pcs and connect it to the monitor with HDMI if you want to have a home theater setup (an SBC would work too if you don't care about 4k). Anything you would want to do with a smart-tv or tv box can be done that way, unless you want to stream Netflix at max quality because I'm pretty that only works on TVs with DRM. It would probably also work better with a disc reader than a smart tv would.Short of torrenting everything then using screen mirroring what's the alternative?
I figured the Samsung OS would be a lot better purely from the description of it. I don't pay attention to TV tech much outside of considering what is worth getting when I eventually find the space for one.The new Samsung OS makes you log into an account every time you want to use an app. I don't know if you can get rid of that. I got my parents an Apple TV 4K cause they're old. It works well I don't get calls all the time about it not working.
My current solution has been to buy a pair of 2TB hard drives to torrent things onto. As for 4K, I can't find torrents for most things at 4K and the file size is huge. Unless TVs get rid of USB ports entirely then I should be fine. You could get one of those cheap APU pcs and connect it to the monitor with HDMI if you want to have a home theater setup
That's what I'd suggest. I have a relatively small flat screen I bought in 2014 or so connected to my PS4 for watching DVD or Blu-rays. I'm in the process of buying more hard copies of TV and movies I like.Or buy an older TV at an estate sale.
I don't watch movies or TV but I guess that doesn't surprise me. However, lots of Youtube videos are available in 4k and sometimes it's worthwhile to watch them above 480p (sometimes it's even worthwhile to watch them above 720p), so that could be a factor for some people. As for 4K, I can't find torrents for most things at 4K and the file size is huge.
No you don't understand I NEED that 100" 8K OLED.That's what I'd suggest. I have a relatively small flat screen I bought in 2014 or so connected to my PS4 for watching DVD or Blu-rays. I'm in the process of buying more hard copies of TV and movies I like.
I barely watch anything that's come out in the last 6 or so years, so 4K torrents are rare unless they get re-released. With YouTube most of the channels I watch don't do 4K videos yet.I don't watch movies or TV but I guess that doesn't surprise me. However, lots of Youtube videos are available in 4k
