I think the nature of Xitter just promotes this retarded outrage culture where people just search for the next thing to bait engagement. I remember a couple months ago there was this outrage over the Babylon Bee making a joke about Ilhan Omar moving to Alabama because she fucked her brother and a bunch of rightoids started whining about punching down on white people or something (even though a brown Muslim leftist woman was the butt of the joke), just absolutely useless discourse.

Honestly I think the right gaining so much influence on Xitter is both a blessing and a curse since it has helped the right get their message out but also leads them to fall into Xitter engagement baiting vices.

It's been a meme, before memes were a thing. That politicians, are untrustworthy grifters. Much like lawyers.

I feel like people have forgotten over the last 10 years. Never trust a politician. They don't actually care about anything you want. They will say anything to get elected. It doesn't matter if you think they are on your side or not. Some might be better than others. But you have to be an immoral piece of shit in the first place to have any kind of success as a political figure. It's just how it goes.

The manchildren getting pissy about women in military is nothing new. Before Nancy Mace, the first woman to enroll in the Citadel was Shannon Faulker. She enrolled in the Citadel after she sued the school for not letting women enroll in. Even if she managed to attend school, she was still not permitted attend the school as a cadet but a civilian student, she wasn't allowed to wear an uniform, stay in the barracks and was only allowed to speak to 5 specific people at school. Despite having a limited access to The Citadel, it didn't stop her and her family from receiving multiple death threats which included vandalism of her own home. When she eventually dropped out the militaryfags were celebrating that they had their own male space again.

How exactly do you square doubled white birthrates and infinite gorlbosses? Mace was also pro-tranny five minutes ago, because there's no functional difference between a feminist and a troon but bone density and musculature. my friend in the navy said while she was there they had monthly seminars on how rape was not tolerated because it happened so often. if you actually got caught and they bothered to do anything, it was a serious court martial offense of "compromising the mission readiness of the unit" or something. but generally the officers don't want to do anything because it makes them look bad.

also the navy has the highest suicide rate in the uniformed services and her unit (nuclear engineering) has the highest suicide rate of the navy.

Allowing female entry into the military =/= throwing so much women into into the military to the point where nobody can be mothers. The difference in average physical capability between men and women will mean that there's always going to be less women than men because they're less likely to meet the requirements (this is assuming the standards are the same for men and women).

The men's vs women's spaces thing also doesn't seem like a great analogy because the military's explicit purpose isn't to cater to the needs of men but to protect the nation's interests. On the other hand, women's restrooms, sports, etc., are explicitly made to cater to women. A woman in the military also isn't a physical threat to male soldiers the same way a tranny in a women's restroom is to women. You can argue about how it's disruptive to culture and camaraderie though, I don't know enough to feel too strongly about it either way.
