I feel like I need to explain something about Washington DC since
@Null was bemused about how empty it was.
Washington DC is a fake town that nobody really lives in. It is just a place of work for the most part with few exceptions. Mainly the Northwest Quadrant where there be the families of foreign diplomats, the rich lobbyists who want to be neighbors with those diplomats and gay people who work as their catamites. The Southeast quadrant around Anacostia is home to the Negroids. A special blend that actually goes back to the civil war, so some of the clans in that neighborhood go way back. Of course its still "Da Hood" so you don't go to Anacostia after dark if you are white. But its still a happening place at all hours.
The rest of the city is just...nothing really. People don't live there. They just work there. And then they leave. Most of the population lives around the city, particularily across the river in Virginia. Its no accident the skyscrapers and huge apartment buildings are in Arlington VA rather then Washington. A major reason for this is an accident of the US Constitution. To become a resident of the District of Columbia is to basically become a nigger politically. You will no longer have a Senator, Congressman, or Sovreign Governor. You will just have the Mayor of DC, who is an officer of the United States Congress and serves at their pleasure. Imagine living in a place where you have no vote, your taxes are set locally by congress and every hair brained municipal scheme dreamed up in Congressional comittees are tested on you first.
Of course nobody fucking lives in DC unless they are a Fag or a Nigger. Even the Federal Workforce doesn't live in DC. They all live in Virginia or Maryland. Which it is why its so unnerving to actually walk around. Its a fake city full of fake people.
So much so the city actually has a problem controlling its population of White Tail Deer, who inhabit Rock Creek Park and run rampant across all the portions of the town after dark. Literally "last of us tier" wild animals running down a major road.
