if smoking wasn't worse than being fat for your heart I'd do it tbh

Real men smoke out of an apple to cancel out the unhealthiness

He was less mad about tranny mafia ruining his life and keeping his site unstable for months than he is about people telling him how to make coffee.
You can interact with a tranny and reasonably expect nothing but lunacy. Not so for the average person (optimistic).
Damn that is a lot of milk to put in coffee doe. Increase it until GOMAD status is achieved. The meme exercise regimen shall commence.

I miss when everybody smoked. Needing a smoke was a reason to go out by itself. Then you return the favor later. It was like a really nice economy of stinky coughing where. It also kind of made everybody equally disgusting. It kills your sense of smell and your sense of taste so if this girl has really awful breath just smoke a cigarette and forget about it. Smoking was romantic. You looked cool smoking. It was cheap too. Before smartphones it's how you stopped yourself from being bored. You always had a lighter on you and had access to mankind's very first important discovery. Tell me where's your lighter?
Cigarette tobacco in the US is especially disgusting because its odor never goes away. I dunno what they are doing but European tobacco or even pipe tobacco is not as volatile as cigs sold in the states.

Turkish coffee is just vantablack mud cooked and drunk with all of the grit, so your sufferings are alien to me.
Turkish coffee is great and I miss it in the West. When I was in Egypt they made this thing that was like Turkish coffee but with even more grit plus an insane amount of added sugar, and it was the best coffee I ever had. I've never worked so hard as after that afternoon coffee. It did most likely shave three years off my life though.

Same, also just dealing with the dental issues that also come with it and the smoke residue ruining all my shit alone is enough for me not to touch the stuff. I did consider vaping because I need a better stimulant than caffeine sometimes, but I hate most designs of vape devices. This one kinda made me tempted to get it and just try it out because I always liked tobacco pipes.

The only way I'd trust a vape is if I got into the vape modding autism and built one myself. Pipes are unfathomably based though.

Most cigarettes in the US save for like American Spirits are full of additives, that may be a reason.

Nobody drinks black coffee for the first time and thinks it's delicious. It's an acquired taste, like whisky or beer. Just keep doing it and you'll eventually come to enjoy it.

The simplest alternative is to buy caffeine powder and mix it in with a drink of your choice. You can buy the caffeine capsules on Amazon and just mix the powder into a drink. I imagine it would be sour or salty if just mixed with unflavored water, though.

Alternatively, you can get caffeinated meal supplement drinks (like Ensure) at a grocery market. Just drink that as (part of) your meals or as a replacement for snack calories you'd ingest during the day. I've tried them while bulking or when I was too stressed during exam periods to eat breakfast, and they're pretty good.

Monster Zero has 10 calories and is okay. Not as good as regular Monster, but much better calorie-wise (and the lack of sugar is good).

Same, and I just don't have the time for all that rn. Also, I would be too paranoid about the nicotine being contaminated and worry about it poisoning me.

While rewatching the 2022 games streams I found a hidden gem - the very first time Nool was exposed to the word "Balldo."
It's found in the first few minutes of Outlast part 1.

If you want cigarettes rollies or American Spirits are pretty much the only game in town.
AS Turqoise are all I smoke now because of this. Everything else is synthetic trash even if they taste better or have more nicotine. AS is forced to print "these cigs aren't safer than other brands" on the box but I guarantee that someone smoking newports will have a significantly higher chance of cancer than someone smoking AS. Not to say that AS ciggies are safe but they are the only high quality real tobacco brand.

The best way to smoke is to grow and harvest your own tobacco and smoke out of an antique American pipe.

it's not that hard to make your own. Greece makes a similar style of coffee (exactly the same). You just need a coffee pot like pic below, some very fine ground coffee and a little patience. You can get both the coffee and these little pots on amazon if there are no importers in your location. Just search "Greek/Turkish" coffee and coffee pot and watch a youtube video on how to brew it.

There is literally no way that they aren't safer than other brands. The Indians smoked and chewed like fiends and they didn't have many problems.

Smoking only became substantially dangerous when they started making cigarettes a packaged good with all kinds of shit put in them. People weren't retarded 150 years a go like we like to imagine. Educated people had a pretty good idea things like lead and asbestos were dangerous in the early 1800's, we primarily suffered from intentional suppression of the dangers to ease public fears, and a lack of alternative materials. If smoking was always super dangerous they'd have a decent idea of it back then.

Thanks to all that have been supporting us here on this board. Your kind comments and genuine appreciation almost bring tears to my eyes. I especially want to thank the little boy who wrote about his tramatic experience in that men’s bathroom. It took a lot of guts to talk about that on a public forum. You are a brave, brave person. You appear to have what it takes for a career in my field, please contact me when you are 18, I can get you in started on a high intensity training program and hopefully get you started as an apprentice by the age of 21.Unfortunately I can not take credit for your courageous story. There are many stories like yours, I have personally saved the ass-virginity of several young boys in my days. But there are many brave men like myself out there who risk their lives daily, so that boys like yourself can live a normal heterosexual life.
@Null content for the stream. ANCIENT lost thread from a bygone gun forum GlockTalk ( now long dead sadly ) had the insane origin of the "Mall Ninja" sterotype bloom where user Gecko45 asks for advice on body armour for his "high risk environment". Shrine of the Mall Ninja

hello friends,

Last year I made the decision to trust my life on the street to Second Chance body armor. I got the level IIa because it stops the most rounds. plus I got the Trauma Plate for the front.

What scares me is that, although I can fit an extra trauma plate in the front, I cannot fit a second one in back. As of late I have taken to duct-taping a second trauma plate to the area of my back where the heart and vital organs are located. Then I put my vest on.

Here is the questions. The ducttape solution, although tactically sound, is hot and painful to remove. I would like to go to the single-plate solution in back. What I am worried about is repeated hits to that area with .308 ammunition. I have a high-risk security job and I fear that I would be the target for repeated long-distance shots to my back.

Are any of you aware of a thicker plate that could stop, say, .338 Lapua or something like that? Is there a better way to do the second plate?

BTW, I am, of course, usually carrying a pair of ceramic plates in my briefcase so that I can shield my head. My SO (we work as a team when necessary) has a similar accessory containing a breakdown NEF single-shot 300 WinMag with an 18″ bbl. The plan is that I shield us with my body and “catch the rounds” while she assembles the NEF. I lay down covering fire with my 23 (Bar-Sto .357 Sig barrel) and she makes the long shots. I will then throw smoke grenades to obscure the area while continuing to lay covering fire. The problem, of course, is when I have to turn my back to run, and then the problem crops up.

Thanks!

One poster responded, ‘If Plan A is to take multiple .338 shots to the back, you really need to come up with a Plan B.” Needless to say, alot of folks started seriously wondering where this guy worked”

Thanks to everybody for the help. I am now thinking that the best thing to do is to have my wife make an “undervest” with pouches front and rear for the additional plates. This would let me have three plates in front (probably too hot and two in back. What I’m also asking her to do is to sew in a sleeve for an ASP collapsible baton. Right now I’m taping the ASP to my right calf (the left calf is where I have my G27).It’s okay for me to talk about my job, as long as I’m not specific. I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas. [And here the myth begins”] Although there are typically between fifteen and twenty normal security officers working the beat there, we decided a while ago that it would be best to have a specilized force for violent individuals. We use modified electric vehicles and can be anywhere on a given floor within eight and a half minutes.Naturally, the regular security people are unarmed. We “RTFers”, by arrangement with the local police, carry high-strength OC spray and batons. If we have a full tactical alert and permission from the local LEOs we also have a Mossberg 500 with less-lethal rounds and two K-frame Smith .38s loaded with 158gr. LRN.Basically, the situation is that we get the call, we lock up the situation, put everything five by five, and cordon the area until the local authorities arrive. We’re cops, we just don’t get the glory. [Somehow, I imagine the real police wouldn’t agree”]I am not permitted to carry Glocks on duty; however, when my wife picks me up from work I strap on the “Deadly Duo” of a 27 and 23, each with Bar-Sto .357 bbl.I am writing a proposal to replace our current Mossberg-Smith armament with the following:

  • 3) MP5K-PDW with red-dot sights;
  • 2) G36 rifles using SS109 rounds;
  • 3) Glock practical tacticles in .357 Sig
  • 1) PSG-1 using Fed Gold Medal .308
  • 1) Starlight scope for the PSG-1 in case we lose power in the building.
  • 3) Glock 27 backup guns
  • 3) Kahr P-9 holdouts

I think this would make us capable of facing nearly any situation. I’ll let you know what the management says!!!

The best way to smoke
Is to not smoke at all.

Nicotine relieving anxiety and stress is a myth. Like any addiction, it only achieves that by distraction, and like any addiction, it only amplifies it tenfold by making you addicted to the substance. Whenever you feel agitated and in a need for a smoke, you are relieving an issue caused by smoking.

Smokers got immunized to the stench of tobacco and don't understand just how bad it is to anyone else. It's not that American cigarettes are bad quality. European tobacco is as disgusting. There is no good smelling tobacco, only badly destroyed senses of smokers. Even the freshest, cleanest, purest tobacco leaf will stink to high heavens to anyone with their olfactory systems intact.

Tobacco stinks, period. It is so bad that when a smoker just went out to feed his addiction, and then comes back to a closed room, his breath is bad enough that he makes the entire room smell as if he was smoking in it, and that stench actually bites you on the nose. But a smoker has already destroyed his sense of smell so he doesn't realize how bad he smells.

A smoker's home will be insufferable to stay in, and any "social" area where people smoke will always have a characteristic stench smokers won't ever notice. Think of it this way, if you were ever around a sewage treatment plant, or around any septic tank during emptying, you know how badly the smell of sewage is in the air. But people who work in sewage disposal don't notice that smell at all, even if it's on their clothes, and even if whoever that they're talking to can smell it. Except in case of smoking, you're not doing a needed job for a pay, you are wasting your hard earned money to smell like sewage with no benefits to society.

Cigarette smoke is so strong that it'll cling to one's skin and clothing in seconds, and will stink to high heavens. As in, you don't have to be a smoker for that to happen to you, you just have to be near someone who's smoking to experience the wonderful benefits of cigarettes.

Most importantly, if a smoker hears any critique of his habit from a perspective of a non-addict, he will get agitated and will be compelled to bring up all the benefits of smoking, which are completely bogus. Much like a weed addict that will start listing all the miraculous health benefits of THC whenever someone tells them they're burning holes in their brains or a porn addict that will go on a tirade on how beneficial masturbation is whenever someone tells him that he is destroying his brain and his life by gooning to futa scat porn. It's all the same, and it's a trademark sign of an addict in denial.

Smoking is a disgusting habit that no one should ever willingly start, nor get convinced by other addicts to get hooked.

AS Turqoise are all I smoke now because of this.
If you were to actually abstain from smoking for a few weeks, no cheating, letting your brain heal itself, and then smoked your magic brand that is totally much better than all the other crap, you'd be repulsed by it. Your brain would have enough time to heal the desensitization to tobacco and nicotine, and you'd have a clearer understanding of how bad it truly tastes. The same happens when you consume a lot of sugar, then cut down on it hard, and try drinking a glass of Coke. What you used to drink daily now feels way too strong, because your brain has returned to it's baseline understanding of how much sugar you should have.

If smoking was always super dangerous they'd have a decent idea of it back then.
There was research in the 1800's that suggested tobacco is harmful. In the 1950's there were more studies about the harm tobacco causes, but it was criticized, while coincidentally the tobacco industry ran ads about the health benefits smoking brings, with various "studies" funded by tobacco corporations being released to back it up. Until this lie was broken and everyone realized that tobacco is insanely harmful and the tobacco industry was brainwashing people into destroying their bodies for a profit.

If it sounds familiar in any way, it's because it's always been that way, people always brainwashed the masses to buy poison in the most nefarious ways as there was great money to be made from it. You're regurgitating five tonnes of horseshit peddled by the tobacco industry since those 150 years or more. There are no safer cigs. There are no better quality cigs that stink less. It's all the same poison.

Stream tomorrow at 12pm US East / 6pm EU.

I will no longer stream on Odysee. Odysee's performance is so poor that I cannot justify it. There is an ongoing issue where I cannot easily unlock LBRY tokens to reserve new videos with, and aside from the UI just being difficult to navigate for this purpose, it flat out crashes the tab when I try to do anything. It had a small-but-dedicated group of users on it so I'm sorry.
