I have bought a beginners home cheese making kit because of this thread. I should have known what a pain in the ass finding raw milk would be though.

If lolcows were a type of cheese, which cheese would they be?

To be clear. I'm basing those observations off of people I have known.

I don't think the white race is just inbred, no culture. Only degenerates, etc. But I have known just as many white people that fit the descriptions people would give black people. As I've known black people like that.

What I really think. Is it's easy to point fingers at others. But if we aren't willing to look at ourselves and correct the actual problems we have as white americans we grow closer to the niggers everyone hates.

Black people have the same problem. Apathy, complacency blaming other races. Has led to a ever devolving culture that only leads to the abject poverty and violence you see.

And by the getting the government we deserve. I don't mean bad things happen to bad people. I mean we as a society have let this happen. Not that we, or the majority of people are bad. We are complacent as a society.

That is one of the reasons I hate gaming culture so much actually. I see it as just barely, and I mean barely a step above porn or drugs. It's a distraction. Its a simulated endorphin release, giving people a sense of accomplishment, for what in reality is a net loss of their life. It's that kind of thing. I think is a necessity, to reach the state our culture is in now. Distraction, whatever opiates for the masses people can get. A million sources of information and misinformation coming from all directions now.

I'm not really even a doomer about things. I do think things can be turned around. And things don't have to be like they are. But it's not going to happen on its own. If it is going to change.

Anyway. This is probably enough of an off topic tangent.

DSP would be a fine extra sharp cheddar from Tillamook, he just gets better with age.

While I admire the iniative if I remember correctly, during the first cheese war someone recorded themselves walking through their local Kroger's cheese aisle and he just dismissed it as an anomaly and or said the variety wasn't good enough. I can't remember which one in particular because both were said at some point for similar situations. So posting pictures like this won't really achieve much. Looks exactly like the aisle at my local Kroger too though.

I didn't address everything you said in your earlier post, so in case it matters, I grew up in a "chocolate city" with the biggest Orthodox Shul in North America iirc. I have no truck with these people as individuals, as I was constantly surrounded by good, bad, and indifferent examples of them at all times.
My brainwashing comment stands. It took a lot of time and distance to understand how much my "own" society hated me. There is a Germaine Greer quote that can be transposed onto how Whites have no Idea about this:

Rednecks and white trash are not interchangeable. They refer to different kinds of people. A basic category error like this leads me to believe you do not know what you're talking about.

Many people denote a difference between white trash & redneck. In that regard, rednecks may be poor, they may be total okies, but they’re generally good people who will change your flat tire when you’re broken down on the side of the road just because it’s the thing to do, generally they have a strong moral compass.

Now, white trash aren't known for this good ol’ boy attitude, they steal catalytic converters like niggers. Malcom X may have had a point if he used the term white trash, vs redneck, who tend to be hardworking, hence the red neck. It’s a class structure thing. A lot of rich whites, WASP types, hate the poor working class & total trash. White trash have no class. Just like in the ghetto you have hard working blacks, & total trash thugs.

In the last decade or so, there’s been a resurgence of the whole red neck vs white trash thing in various circles so a lot of people will pop up to say their piece on this. I’m just trying to explain why that’s going to be a bee in the bonnet for some.
