You can, but it will only capture what is being broadcasted at the time the command was executed, so if you start the command an hour into the stream, it will not go back and capture that last hour until you run the command again once the stream is finished.

There's your problem. Use a different browser without tor. yt-dlp also might not be working because it's also going through tor. Disable tor and try again.
 
It's extremely funny to me that this website is regarded as like a KKK murder den to tens of thousands of journalism and Wikipedia enjoyers and the two biggest arguments and shit shows I have seen on this website in like 4 or 5 years of looking at it have been cheese and stickers. When I wrote that I meant:
Forbidden without VPN,

It also works over any kind of proxy I use, which I love about it.
