I like how the people arguing with lucas about energy aren't getting it remotely right either. Again, we don't know what process created matter and energy. The laws of physics at the time were likely not as they are now at the time, regardless of what created them something had to have at some point in some manner. Lucas and these people are also ignoring the law of entropy entirely. It both proves that energy and matter will cease to exist at some point (and this is literally the end result of a heat death of the universe scenario) and that energy could not always have existed in the manner that poster is trying to claim. If it did then the law of entropy would have been a serious issue and whatever caused the big bang probably wouldn't have happened
