A man becomes so consumed by internet brainrot and insecurity that he removes decades of his life, his fertility, his dignity and mind by taking drugs to "improve" his looks, looks that he could've also gotten by waiting out puberty and getting a few surgeries, as steroids dont improve puberty they just speed it up
and the best part is that he's clearly unhappy at the end and not fullfilled, almost like a greek tragedy

I'm a bit out of the loop with this "looksmaxxing" thing, but is it generally the incel thing that their worldview and politics are just so purely radioactive that they can't get a date no matter how good they look, but they're convinced they just have to look prettier for Stacy?

That's what happens when your mind gets so addicted to the Internet that you believe in anything you see, and while you make all those changes (Looksmaxxing) you think that you're doing something "correct", something that will make you happy for the rest of your life. Or that's how I see.

This motherfucker really didn't have any problem on his life, yet he decided to ruin everything, ruined his life, his reputation, his friendships, everything.
Some people just wants problems.

On the extreme end, it's mental illness. It can be a form of gender dysphoria, but instead of wanting to transition to the opposite gender they're trying to transition into an idealized version of their biological gender.

In most cases, it's just brain rot from social media influencers, dating apps, and the for-profit cosmetic surgery industry.

It can be addictive, too, chasing their version of perfection.

I do not celebrate the sexual assault/coercion of convicts, but holy shit he is so absolutely fucked.

Is he going check himself into punk city? Commit suicide before it gets to that? He's not going to last in general population and there's only so much rape one can withstand before realizing there are fates worse than death and deciding to end it all.
