Well he is well and totally fucked. Florida is one of the worst places for this type of crime, he will be processed locally, held separately, and then shipped up to a place worse than Alcatraz for the next 8-10 years.

He may get out on bond if he's got the cash, i'll put $1000 that he gets out, does it again (probably has all that shit on his phone) and is immediately hauled back into jail. These guys never fucking learn.

I can't wait to read the docket as it was only 10 charges of CSAM, still enough to put him away for a few years.

Also, he may fall under florida's romeo and juliet law IF, and it's a big IF, the person he's got nudes from is close in age he's got a snowballs chance in hell to survive through this unscathed. If he's got pix of him diddling babies well it's game over.

Either way, the rest of his life is over as once you are on florida's sex offender registry you might as well jump off the highest bridge or try to wrestle a gator as you'll never be free off of it.
