If only Cloudflare coulda been this REASONABLE and Redpilled back when the DKF campaign happened and not kneeling down for a bunch of troons which equals the same level of lolipedos as being groomers, sexpest and rapist.

But for the only time I'm agreeing on this cloudflare's W on ceasing services with a website that legit host child-like drawings and any sort of media in between.

This is the entirety of what they say about the matter. You may notice that no laws are cited as justification. This is because Cloudflare reserves the right to block any content that is either illegal OR harmful under this definition, and therefore no law is relevant to the matter (and even if they were ruled to be a "public space" bound by the 1st amendment, the only relevant law would be the first amendment itself, which does not protect obscene words or images). In other words, Cloudflare may choose to ban child erotica whether or not it is illegal (although it is very likely that all 500,000+ lolicon images on that website are illegal under United States law).

Yeah, it's a universal blacklist because they know it's content that isn't publicly accepted. But the site admins are still retarded degenerates to the extreme and added in this option, believing it's the perfect loophole.

This tag can be searched for without activating "Display all site content" so it must be kosher. This is untrue. When you activate "Display all site content" you will suddenly find many images that fetishize being a pedophile. I don't have exact statistics on how many, but I'm not going to go through hundreds of images of pedophile content.

You can't argue that porn fetishizing being a pedophile does nothing to promote it. The image Cloudflare linked to isn't one of those images, but it is clear that Gelbooru is facilitating this content.

Cloudflare is not referring there exclusively to human trafficking, but also to child sexual exploitation and abuse, and all child pornography necessarily promotes child sexual exploitation and abuse.

So regardless of how Gelbooru admin wants to throw a tantrum over getting canned, he and whoever supports these motherfuckers can get throw in the pavement as hard for trying just to pretend to look the other way while in reality they're fucking know exactly what they doing from the gecko.
