Just to warn you, here is a more in detail description.

The VN takes place in 3 time periods: current day, the Meiji Period and the Sengoku period. In current day the tale is being told to a journalist that tried to investigate an enigmatic massacre that took place during the Meiji Period.

It then goes to explain that a very secluded island was ruled by a brutal feudal lord in the Sengoku period that was about to starve the island out of paranoia that they were going to rebel. The 3 most important men in the island gather to try to overthrow the lord but they don't know how until some guy gives them a strange box that is said to unleash woe and disaster if it is opened, but to be opened it needs to be fed the wombs of 7 women capable of having children. Shortly after one of the men goes to his house and the feudal lord's men have ransacked it on top of raping and brutally wounding his 14 year old daughter. As she's bleeding out, the man decides to rip out her womb to open the box and destroy the lord and his men.

The island became a fairly prosperous and important place long after. The 7 families that descended from those 3 men became the most prominent in the island and the rulers of it. And each one has their own monopoly: assasination, slavery, drug trade... The MC is the eldest son of one of these families who is an edgy and brooding musclebound elite murderer who is accused of murdering someone from the other families and is banished. He spends 3 years in an insane asylum where a mentally ill woman falls for him and bangs him on the regular, something he does because he's bored. Time later he discovers he was framed for the murder and he goes back to the island.

There his fiancee tells him he was framed by the druglord family because they are trying to usurp power and she has now stole the same mumbo jumbo the 3 men in the Sengoku period used to destroy the lord in order to kill the entire island. His fiancee, since she's barren, cannot use her womb to open it but her mother can and she willingly gives herself up to do it. MC has sex with her and kills her by crushing her ribcage during the act.

Beyond this point i want to summarize but i'll point out the most important things: the insane girl that follows MC chops off one of her arms to prove her love, the sister of the eldest daughter of the slave trader family is a boy and he has sex with the MC, the eldest daughter of the slave trade family is raped by the MC and he rips her head off while doing it, slaver eldest daughter is raped by her own underlings, daughter of the organ trader family (which is a 13 year old girl) is raped and has her head crushed by the MC while he does it... In the end they open the box, everyone dies but from the box a copy of mentally ill girl is born since she's also a copy of MCs fiancee. In the end, the copy of the mentally ill girl and her daughter are the ones retelling the story.

I really want to see how well would an alliance of Otakus, Lolishos & co. would fare, divulging their "rights" in public places. I don't even mean the initial presentation, where people would eye them and would obviously meet the most dysgenic "men" possible (either incredibly fat or very fucking thin), but the """rights""" where they would speak of would earn them a trip to the hospital.
