It doesn't mean there aren't people in the official Capcom team who may be lolibaiting. We just saw them do a promotion for streaming the game with that crying emoji.

That's more on the marketing side of the game team than the development side of the game team; either way though, Capcom needs a metaphorical kick in the face by straight up asking that company what the fuck they are doing promoting memes such as the crying emoji that have been unfortunately co-opted by the lolishos.

All they had to do was make her weird, uncanny looking like the little sisters from Bioshock. They were designed to be sickly radioactive monsters with warped voices.
Here are the early concepts. Notice how they tried not to make the girls dolled up.

Hell even in the DLC of Bioshock 2, you play as a Big Daddy protecting little sisters and it was great!
The programmers of Pragmata know exactly what they were doing when making the realistic little girl look dolled up. We’re not retarded and I hope the game fails.

The Pragmata foot thing reminds me of one of the DLC packs for One Piece Pirate Warriors 4. (She's a genetically altered child clone of another character being used by the government as a weapon, for those unfamiliar.) They added S-Snake as a character with a costume. The costume literally just removed her shoes. Comments on Steam and elsewhere were exactly like this. Lots openly going T_T UOOOHHHH but then turning around and pretending everyone else was the weirdo for asking what the fuck is wrong with them/the makers of that "costume." These fucking people lol.

Tbh there are so many Steam weirdos and degenerates that they might warrant their own thread regarding them flooding steam communities with porn or them throwing massive chimpouts in Steam forums about their favourite degeneracy not being 100% correct, being better than X or Y or all sorts of retarded crap.
