Lolcow was not always like this. 2016 and 2022 lolcow are very, very different places.
Most of the OG users lefts the site, due to lack of milk and new cows being generally shit, but thr influx of newfags really killed it.
Even og members used to be on a load of pills and bpd with other stuff. These new nonnies have full blown mental illnesses which they exacerbate with this circle jerk.

I always think it's interesting these girls who have the hots for a guy on lolcow.farms believe they are powerless. They always say stuff like "If he makes a move its over" like they have no control over themselves or sense of responsibility. I thought responsibility for oneself was part of the feminist movement?

That's why I call them femcels, because they adhere to exactly the same self-defeating, pathological cult concepts incels do, that make no sense to anyone outside their insular circle.

Reading through lolcow.farms for years, there have been so many stories shared about the girls from there trying to hook up with incels or guys from /r9k/ all the stories kind of blur together. But I'll give you an amalgamation.

Some underage girl who is feeling self-destructive and doesn't care anymore decides to share nudes and meet up with an incel. The incel involved turns out to be a guy who is literally a neckbeard living in his mothers basement. Not hyperbole. Despite now knowing this, the girl doesn't get the fuck out, and decides to hang with this guy.

The guy ends up offering her something to drink. Soon after she passes out. Next thing, she wakes up, and the guy has just finished pulling her pants off. Turns out the incel is also an idiot and can't drug people right. Finally realizing she was about to get raped. She gets the fuck out. Never bothering to notify anyone or the Police, she just goes home and decides to post about it on lolcow.farms.

There have been a number of stories I've read that runs along those lines.

Someone claiming to be a journalist showed up yesterday on LC wanting to know about "femcels." 1.jpg

Kaitlyn Tiffany is a staff writer for the Atlantic. Reaction to being called a forum of femcels was uniformly negative. In addition to being insulted, users were worried about her article bringing a lot of negative attention to their small website. 2.jpg

Users quickly searched Kaitlyn Tiffany and found the kind of articles she wrote for the Atlantic.

Finding she wrote shitty articles about Internet -core subcultures and other garbage for clueless boomers, they quickly started roasting her. And when they found she wrote an article about those dang dirty TERFs oppressing transwomen, they went apeshit. Here's a small compilation:

Once they saw she was a complete joke, they started shitposting hard, mostly about how much they love bara tiddies and yaoi but also how much they hate men/troons/handmaidens. Here's just one image to summarize:

Someone also discovered that she posted the same query on r/Vindicta, an all female subreddit.

The post was quickly removed from the Subreddit.

In four hours, her thread exceeded 1200 posts and was locked, which is normal. Sometime after she was banned.

No idea if it was actually Kaitlyn Tiffany on either LC or Reddit, but based on her past articles, it would be a perfect fit. She's still being mocked in various thread. Here's an archive of the thread.

The ultimate catch 22 of femcels. Deep down, they're attracted to a dominant man that will humiliate them in the bedroom. But they also seem to hate "scrotes" and covet absolute control. So they hate successful men and themselves for their own fantasies.

Very fascinating stuff - they remind me of the feminists who fantasize about hooking up with Trump supporters. I bet they watch The Handmaid's Tale with one hand down their pants.
