I used to browse lolcow farms before I learned about this place. I still sometimes look at /m/ for the bad art or manga discussion threads.
But one major thing about lolcow that makes me roll my eyes is the rampant misandry. It's like the femme version of certain 4chan boards. I'm not a man myself, but all this talk about moids this and moids that is silly. If you try to say something that doesn't agree with them they'll say you're a dude. I think both sexes can be stupid, which is why I tend to like the farms here (maybe not including the happenings board) because we're equal opportunity.

But in lolcow's she-woman man-hater culture even hinting that you sympathize with a "scrote" will get you shit on. And I'm not even one.

It’s not just men. You should visit the snow or pt boards, they hate and seethe at women far more deeply and bitterly than even I thought possible. Any thread on a woman is 70% sage criticizing every aspect of her appearance ad nauseam and 30% content.
Although I have stumbled upon lolcow.farm in the past, I have never spent enough time on it to realize what it really is. I just skimmed through the catalog and the images of some threads, but didn't read many of the posts. I just figured it is an imageboard centered around lolcows.
During the recent downtime, I went over, to see if I can find updates on the ongoing drama. I started actually reading posts and it dawned on me, that I foolishly entered the "No Boys Allowed" zone. Being a "scrote", I have decided to leave them in peace, after gladly noting they hate Keffals and his tranny hordes just as much as we do.
I don't remember MaxFag or StaminaRose being so cunty about saging. I only lurked a bit in the beginning of summer after not looking at the site for probably over a year. And I had no idea what to post. You often see "This user has been put out to pasture" or some snarky red mod text and can't figure out why. But since I've been removed from the board culture for literally years maybe I don't understand why it's a necessity. Something to do with Dakota's sister whatshername? I remember she was posting obsessively in her own thread and they found out, called her Sperg-chan on the banner and the lulz lasted awhile. But she was spamming a lot. And I know sometimes incels or just plain lol seeking trolls would come in and post dumb stuff and try to be offensive as possible.
The snowflake board was created because retards thought every dumb bitch with badly shooped pics was a cow. So it just made more sense to make a containment board. It was a lot of vendetta-channing and I assume /snow/ is still like that.
But it's just not for me anymore so I have no reason to go there unless I want to lurk in some threads.
