The "worst" thing to happen to Chris is he'll get tricked/intimidated out of his commissary items. He might catch a beating in the beginning because he's a retard and can't read social cues, but he's not going to the fucking Red Onion, or that Russian prison from that one Van Damme movie. He'll be in a medium security pen, full of other people that aren't eager to pad their time to play kick the autistic tranny.

If his lawyer is worth his salt (and it looks like he js) he is going to advise Chris to get himself into protective custody.

Some of you fantasizing about rape just need to admit you want Chris as your sweetheart from the anus up.
EDIT: formatting.

Listening to you guys describing Chris and how he will be treated in prison tells me you guys watched a bit too many movies. Most likely he will be put in a lower security prison and after a few incidents if anything does happen he will most likely be put into a special wing or in solitary. Everyone on here talking about how he's going to get raped or stabbed I have some bad news for you that's actually extreme minority the prison population in the United States.

Chris is too stupid to hide his crimes, however, they can easily manipulate him into something he will regret, like stealing from cafeteria or giving blowjobs(not sure about this one, since he was ready to suck dicks to get to the BronyCon).
Oh he'll be sucking dicks... I sure hope they give him smuggled in hormone pills

...and yeah I mean his "friends" will exploit him. Maybe half decent people will try to shield the poor tard but he'll instead gravitate toward the worst option.

post-release and assuming he hasn't changed at all (or died), i can absolutely see him going down the terry homeless route.
talking about chris turning the son'chu into his mobile home with whatever toys still remain inside it and making incoherent rants about the merge, cwcville, and whatever new delusions prison or his new enablers have given him.
the difference being that his car will get almost immediately caught and fined because chris has no sense of subtlety (broadcasts his location, parks in very obvious places, doesnt cover his windows), rather than the year it took for terrys van to be impounded.

after that it'll be the true homeless saga, which will either end in a depressing suicide or becoming an urban legend of the autistic husk that roams around town rummaging through trash for crayola model magic and mcdonalds leftovers.

he will most likely be put into a special wing or in solitary.
And none of it is good either. In special wing he will be with other degens, who will take advantage of him in the worst way possible. In solitary he will either goes full Sonichu, because what else can he do there or just shatter as a person and will become a husk.

Maybe half decent people will try to shield the poor tard but he'll instead gravitate toward the worst option.
I already feel bad for them, considering how Chris repaid people who tried to help him.

Because he is going to lose his house if he won't pay for it in three months. Also, after what he has done his weens are supporting a rapist, so maybe, just maybe things are going to change.

It doesn't matter. Chris is everything you shouldn't be if you end up in a prison. He won't die unless his health will finally get so much worse than before, but he is going to have very hard time. He spent several days in jail after macing and he still refuses to talk about it. Imagine how prison is going to break him.

Also, stop multiposting like a faggot.

I didn't mean back to same like that it would be in the same place with the same toys or even with barb, just that principally it'll be the same screeching and ebegging and toy buying and attention seeking as the true and honest victim and you'd need to be an autistic christorian to be able to tell that it would be post jail vs pre jail.

house doesn't matter, you can barely tell when they moved back to the burnt house from what chris was doing, so for me it doesn't matter for it being the same as ever, ebegging and buying toys and trying to get attention. chris wont end up homeless thanks to tugboat non working status and will get something set up. chris might of course do some stupid shit to get back into jail later, but at that point that too will be just more of the same anyways(although probably something worse than the last because somehow it always is).

Personally I think chris might learn to enjoy the jail/prison system too much rather than detesting it fully, outsourced responsibilities from anything, food comes on the clock and chris doesn't care about what food it is even so prison food being horrible doesn't matter. someone else tells chris what to do and when. weens will give attention over telephone and mail to nurture that side of the ego. it wont smell like dogshit either, the cell has more room to walk than their entire house had. possibly even assigned some mandatory work to keep his mind more busy than it has been in over 20 years - the last time chris was truly happy was in high school when the system kept chris busy and there's a bunch of similarities with that and jail - in a few months chris might not want out to have to deal with the real world, in a way an institution like jail is a different dimension when it comes to what is expected of you as a human being and what expectations you put on yourself while locked up, which is really not all that much, you can go entirely day by day basis not thinking of monthly bills, no need to plan for cons or anything either.

and yea I haven't learnt the multiquote etiquette, my bads.

I’m rewatching True Detective season 1 and I have to wonder: will Chris even get out of prison intact (mentally or physically)? I don’t know what the prison system is like, and I especially don’t know what it’s like in the state of Virginia.

im just wondering if he’ll get jumped in the shower by a gang of bloods who’ll slice his balls off.

There is a big if, that if is if Chris will go to a mental institution if he does, who knows when he will get out of that if ever, and if he would have to go to jail after that if he did get out.

food comes on the clock and chris doesn't care about what food it is even so prison food being horrible doesn't matter.
No, it does. He won't be able to eat as much as he wants, but that's half the trouble - no sweets and no fastfood. Chris was eating those for all his life, he will miss those.

someone else tells chris what to do and when.
He never liked that. Even when his sweethearts promised him china for filming/drawing something he was too lazy to do it in half the cases.

weens will give attention over telephone and mail to nurture that side of the ego.
How is it a good thing?

it wont smell like dogshit either, the cell has more room to walk than their entire house had.
Any place with Chris will smell like dogshit.

possibly even assigned some mandatory work to keep his mind more busy than it has been in over 20 years
You've just used the word "work" with the word "Chris" without "never". That's a mistake.

the last time chris was truly happy was in high school when the system kept chris busy and there's a bunch of similarities with that and jail
No offense, but this is a very retarded statement. Chris missed MHH because during that time he had galpals. He always detested being friends with males and now he will be surrounded by them.

n a few months chris might not want out to have to deal with the real world, in a way an institution like jail is a different dimension when it comes to what is expected of you as a human being and what expectations you put on yourself while locked up, which is really not all that much, you can go entirely day by day basis not thinking of monthly bills, no need to plan for cons or anything either.
Ehm, firstly, Chris has terrible hygiene, which is a cardinal sin in prison. Secondly, even in prison uniform he is a goofy looking motherfucker. Speaking of which, thirdly, he better keep his charges an absolute secret, since I can't see it not being looked down upon. Yes, nobody is going to shank him, but beat? Intimidate? Bully? Rob? Easily. And even if somehow he will keep it a secret, fourthly, he is dumb, naive coward, which are probably the worst traits in prison, beyond being physically weak, which is fifth by the way. He is the perfect target for taking advantage of, no matter where he ends up.

C-, need to read moar before posting.

No, Chris is just showing us that he was trolling the whole time. We got trolled, we got trolled, we are probably being told.

Yeah, people speculate that prison will change him for the best, but... Chris isn't some juvenile hothead who got into shit because of the bad company. He is almost 40, at that age you have to be 100% dedicated to change your life and Chris couldn't be bothered to film videos for Jackie to get laid. Even without inmates this is going to be hell for him - he won't eat fast-food unless he has money, won't drink sugary shit all the time and prison food is overall bad. He won't be able to sleep whenever he wants and do whatever he wants. He will have to keep himself clean, unless he wants to get shit from other inmates. He won't be able to buy shit to relieve his stress and any tantrum can get him into trouble.

IRC Chris spent very short time in jail after macing incident and to this day he refused to give many details about it, since it was that uncomfortable for him. Imagine what years in prison will be like to his psyche.
If I recall right, Chris really, really didn't like the short stay he had 10 years ago.

I'll bet by now he's really regretting ever having told anyone about "the romping". That's not to say he regrets doing it or that he wouldn't start up again if given the chance, but I bet for the first time in his life he feels like a numbskull for spilling his guts.

Perhaps this might be the one thing that would at least tighten his lips...

I mean probably not but if he didn't regret it initially, he probably does now and actually realizes that he's probably not going to get out of this anytime soon.

Assuming chris survives prison and indeed gets multiple years: I don't foresee 14 Branchland court being there when he gets out.

Barb can't live on her own and I'd believe this whole thing would win her some major sympathy points with the family. I think they'll help to get her into assisted living or maybe even put her in a home. she clearly can't live in that house on her own. Even if none of that happens I don't see her able to care for herself and she'll just pass away atop her hoard like some bony old dragon.

Chris will storm back to his home and either find it demolished (more likely) or cleared out and inhabited by normies. He'll likely sperg the fuck out and the cops will come and tell him to GTFO or go back to prison and chris will likely get put in a cheap-as-fuck hotel by old trolls feeling some remorse for him. They might get him a job doing something incredibly simple that he'll hate and only commit to it because its better than starving. We'll see the carefree, joyfulness that his fantasies brought run out of chris like water through a hose. I imagine he'll become a bitter, angry man that still feels entitled to what everyone else has; friends, family, happiness. He'll still think he did nothing wrong and blame everyone else for his life. From there I feel we may get another violent offence and it'll be back to prison for chris chan if he doesn't get killed by his victim or the cops.

Y'all just being really silly.

Chris & Sonichu will rule the wings of the prison like Dr Evil & Mini Me. Everyone will love him and when he gets out he will stick up a GoFundMe for $1m and sad fuckers will contribute.

Seriously, though. I think he will get put into a mental hospital/jail and following release he will be housed into a secure housing complex for adults with Special needs, where his Internet usage will be monitored.

Shawshank redemption style. Get put in a small run down shared housing, realize he can't cope in the outside world, hang himself.

I sort of imagine this being Chris when he finally emerges.

The way the system is supposed to work is that people like Chris are sequestered in separate wings, solitary, mental institutions etc. because the nature of their crimes and/or mental deficits would make them unable to function in regular prison.

But: Will the system work that way? In practice the bureaucracy of US prisons often isn’t the best, and there are many cases of mentally ill people who belong somewhere else getting placed in GenPop. Few of these people get assraped by the Aryans or some other lurid fantasy straight out of Oz, but they do as poorly as you’d expect.

I expect it will work as intended for Chris, because he has so many comorbid factors that it would be hard for him to slip through the cracks vs some vagrant who got picked up for drugs (raped his mom + severely mentally ill + transsexual + just look at him FFS), and the state seems determined not to half-ass this as evidenced by the quality of his lawyer. Still, it’s a good question to ask. Never overestimate the competence of American bureaucrats.

Chris is high profile and had done an unusual crime; plus, I believe it's been confirmed that he's not in the general population.

If Chris does get in the general population....
Well. Yeah.
