I remember 2011 when he just kind of disappeared for a while. I thought he wouldn't come back, and just stopped reading about him until like 2019.
I was so wrong. He's the teflon tard, but he's also the rubber retard, he'll bounce back I think.
 
With all the crap going on here I haven't checked in on the Chris story for a while. Nothing new I take it? I assume he probably is indeed just awaiting a bed at a group home or some kind of care facility. If they were going to just dump him on the street I don't see why it takes 3+ months to do that. And we sure would know about it if he was out.

He's probably in the jail's psyche facility with all the other fruit cakes. They absolutely have units specifically for those deemed incompetent in most jails. He's probably been chemically restrained and doped to the gills. And that kind of shit has long term psychiatric effects. It's basically a chemical lobotomy. The Chris we know is gone. Even if he does get out he's going to be like R. P. McMurphy after nurse Ratchet gets to him.

The year is 2030, the 48 Year-old Jesus Chris-Chan Sonichu is released from his eternal prison, as the Virginians can't be asked to take care of him anymore upon hitting hard times economically. Upon his release, he attempts to find his dear "soul mate", only to find out she had become one with the couch many years ago, and that his glorious temple had been demolished and replaced with a decrepit Mcdonalds. Therefore, the upset and vengeful Chris-Chan flees into the sewers, never to be seen again

The year is now 2070, a new mythical legend has begun to rock Greene County. They call him the "Ruckersville Ratman", a supposed old, decrepit hermit that roams the sewers throughout the whole county, and savagely feasts upon the local rat population. Many that roam the dreaded sewers in the night hear the distant cries of "a demonic spirit", yelling out the names of his many, many lovers. Others also complain of a "rancid smell" that can never be washed off upon encountering it.

It is also believed that if you go too deep into the sewers, the Ruckersville Ratman will feast upon you too. Many have gone missing attempting to find him, so be very careful!

Some say on quiet nights you can hear a strange howling sound emanate from the gutter drains and manholes, an awful murmurous bawling screech... "curse eh hameh haaaa......!".

This right here. He's in the belly of the beast and Chris is too stupid/non-compliant to fake his way out. If, and this is a big if, we ever see him again he'll be an autistic shell of himself. He's going to be borderline catatonic and most likely barely able to say his own name. But he'll no longer be a threat to all the elderly trim out there.

We probably won't hear from him for years. This time period right now is part of his year long evaluation. Best case, he's put in a 24/7 setting, where gradually, over months with constant training, he actually snaps out of his childish selfishness ENOUGH to face his felony charges next August. Even if he's remorseful and understands stuff, he's probably looking at least 2-3 years for that. Granted, Chris will most likely be trained enough up to that point, but again, he'll tard out when he realizes that he's not getting out, but getting to the point where he was when he originally got arrested, two years ago. Just like when he went ballistic at Western when he was transferred back to jail rather than what he thought, they were just letting him go free.

Your comment implies that this year long delay is to try to restore competency to then go forward with typical criminal proceedings; is this true? I was under the impression that the case has, in a practical sense been resolved and he is now facing the “consequences” under the autism deferment, with the scheduled court date to determine if that is still appropriate.

The technical language here definitely gets a little fuzzy since the point of the deferral is to give them greater flexibility than they would have if it was officially called punishment for a conviction

From my understanding of the timeline, Chris was originally booked on misdemeanor incest, screwed up the crucial six month hearing and was sent to both JMU's forensic psychology unit and Western, where he spent a short amount of time in each (indicating he's not crazy), for competency. After he returned from Western is where we he talked about how no, Barb actually groomed him because he thought her sarcasm after he paid for a prostitute in the middle of legal adventures for hitting Snyder that were costing lots of money, was actually an indication of Barb's grooming him, so it wasn't his fault. (First time Chris actually had a "defense")

After the year he spent bouncing from various psych evaluations, right back to jail is when the one year anniversary hearing came up, where his charges were brought to the grand jury, and they came back with a felony incest charge.

That's when Heilberg locked the case down and threw the autism card down. The judge granted a 1 year evaluation period until August of 2023, where it sounds like from Chris, he's waiting for Western to find him a group home where he can be placed and monitored. Heilberg's trying to see if he really is so broken that he can't function, or Chris just stays Chris.

One way or the other, Chris is still facing felony incest charges, unless something happens in that year long evaluation that Heilberg can use. Either way, it'll be two full years since he was arrested before any kind of official trial on the incest will happen, and either way, Chris's future isn't looking good.

ETA:
Remember when they booted him out of the evaluations at the very minimum amount of time? That tard out he described, where he was hogtied and pinned and put into the bondage chair was from when he found out that he was leaving Western, but instead of getting released, they were sending him right back to jail, because he wasn't crazy enough to take up a bed there.

Chris probably assumed that when they said he "was fine", it was like the therapeutic docket diversion where he talked with shrinks and professionals and they said he was fine and not a criminal, then he got movie tickets and a rose from the judge. In essence, they were saying "you're not insane, you fully understand what's going on".

Part of me is legitimately curious how Chris is holding up in the psych wards where he's cut off from virtually all forms of mass pop culture consumption. So much of his identity and, moreover, the coping mechanism of CWCville being his interpretation of the cartoon reality that without a fresh flow of stuff to rip off, is Chris able to manage on what he can remember?
