This is all purely speculative, but think about what he's done, what he's like, and what his obsessions are. He became a troon to deflect criticism and ultimately get with another woman, did the most outrageous shit for attention, and ultimately ended up fucking his own decrepit mother because the psycho daughter of a glowie decided that'd be fun. The circumstances that even led to this are bizarre at best and utterly fucked up at worst. Chris himself is an enigma of problems, all mental, physical and emotional, primary of which is his ego and narcissism. He thinks far too highly of himself to ever Game-End, and his desperation for coitus led to his own defilement of his kin-- there's almost nothing he won't do to get what he wants, unless it's involves "work". He feels he deserves the best without ever putting in effort, as we've seen countless times. The moment something he likes ends up being any modicum of something other than entertainment or joy, he completely abandons it.
So, I think ultimately, therapy and assisted living would be the most likely things he needs the most. Someone to watch him, to be tough but fair, and to be patient but not take any shit either. Tell him to let go of most of his possessions, that value can be found in the greater commonhood of life and its many trials, and not overly expensive plastic things. A proper parental figure. Unfortunately, rehabilitating this... creature, would require nigh herculean effort in regards to "fixing" him, if the courts even deem that shit necessary.
I could see Chris getting a form of house arrest, told to move out and pack his things. That's the best case scenario. His manipulative behavior wouldn't see him much benefit, especially after his transformation to Jesus Chris. Worst? Mental institution. All of the online documentation regarding his mental state, and especially recently, would see him put into an institution, never to interact with the outside world again. But those are often reserved for the kinds of people that society deems dangerous. Is Chris truly dangerous? Not exactly. He's a weak fatbody that curls into himself in public gatherings as a form of protection.
It all depends on whether or not the incest charges really really stick him in jail, and whether or not he gets submitted to Section 8 housing, which seems like the most likely option, if they can sufficiently present the argument that he was not of sound mind and body during the whole ordeal.
But uh... Given his temper tantrum, stamping his feet and asking for his toys, I'm sure he's not doing the court any favors for considering favorable positions. The last thing you wanna do is piss off a judge.
