Seems pretty par the course for this movie's following.

Also, anyone who thinks this is gonna turn into some kind of PR disaster or sink Jones' career is delusional. Sony will just do damage control, doing everything it can to get these weens blocked or muted. Jones herself will continue her sperging, and SocJus rags like the Mary Sue will gush over how her infantile "no you" comments are empowering and inspiring.

I can see the UpWorthy headline now: "Ghostbusters Megastar Leslie Jones got Harassed by Sexists and Totally Owned Them".

Yeah but I think that's probably because most people are uninterested in seeing a two hour long unfunny parody skit of a beloved movie. Not because one of the actresses is a raging asshole.

Pretty much this. She's far from the first celeb to melt down on Twitter, and normies will look at any portrayal of this and just see "nigger nigger nigger" and conclude, more or less correctly, that she was swarmed by assholes.

And Sony will come out and say "Look how brave and strong our actress is in the face of all these racist and sexist trolls. You should further support her by seeing her new movie, Ghostbusters! In theatres now!"

So I did a 5 minute research into the "start". It looks like the shit has been simmering for a little while now, biggest mistake is she argued with trolls and shitposters which lead to more trolls and more shitposters, naturally. Also Milo released a review of Ghostbusters today which drew attention from the alt-right and Milo himself even started trolling her on twitter.

She's been melting down for the whole day it seems. :lol:

Bad move of her to be doing this on Day One of the GOP Convention. A lot of rightwingers gathered together wanting to kill time with their smartphones, and she goes running out with a bullseye taped to her chest, back, and fat ass.
